Recommendations for packing a mobile device

When you send your device to the service center, you should protect it as best as possible to avoid damage or breakage during shipping. For this, you will have to preferably store it in its original box, turned off, without accessories and wrapped in material that protects both the screen and the cameras.

Note: Your device information will be deleted at the service center. Backing up information is recommended.

Device without password.

To send the device to the service center, the device password must be removed.

Go to Settings > Lock screen > Screen lock type > Swipe / No protection

The device must be turned off.

Send the device without accessories.

The device will have to be shipped without accessories (charger, headphones, SIM card, protective covers, memory card).

Note: If accessories are shipped, they should be placed in a bag, not loose in the box.

Condition in such a way that they do not move inside the box and do not scratch the surface of the mobile device.

What kind of protection can I use to wrap the device?

Pluribol or Telgopor. These materials will adequately protect the device.

Note: If you no longer have the box of the device, place it inside pluribol or styrofoam and it should be sent inside a box where the device is not mistreated inside it.

Protect the device for shipping.

You can send the device inside another box where it will not shake inside it. As long as the device is protected with Pluribol or Telgopor.

Note: The device box must be inside another box that protects the device.

Note: Physical damage that may occur during shipping will not be covered by warranty.
