Q: I am unable to carry my Galaxy Note7 onboard my flight. What should I do?

A: Below are the steps for your action:
1) Backup the data in your Galaxy Note7 to a microSD card using Smart Switch.

2) Delete any data or other personal materials stored in the device, and reset your device.

3) Power down your device.

4) Remove your microSD card & nanoSIM card.

5) Please contact the local Samsung Customer Careline of your current location to enquire about your Galaxy Note7 Exchange / Refund process.

Q: How do I return my Galaxy Note7?

a) If you are a Malaysia Pre-Order Customer:
Your place of purchase merchant would have contacted you to arrange your Galaxy Note7 Exchange / Refund process.
If you have not been contacted, please contact Samsung Customer Careline at 1800-88-7799 to enquire about your Galaxy Note7 Exchange / Refund process.

b) If you are Non-Malaysia Pre-Order Customer:
