The secret ingredient is steam
The Samsung Dual Cook Steam Oven can be used either as a full 65L cavity with or without steam, or can be divided into two sections – a 32L lower section and a 30L upper section.
The divider seals both cavities of the oven so that independent cooking programmes can be run without any transfer of odours or flavours between the two - even steaming in one half whilst roasting in the other. So people can literally cook any two dishes at the same time – for example steamed fish, alongside baked cupcakes.
The fact the oven can either be used in its entirety or just one partition makes it exceptionally energy efficient. Rated AAA for energy efficiency, the Dual Cook Steam oven saves up to 25 percent energy when using only the upper cavity for smaller meals.
Easy Water Input and Drainage
A simple system of water input and drainage lets you cook easily with steam. There is a water drawer on the front of the oven so that you can add water for generating steam even during the cooking process. At just the touch of a button the water can be drained away.
