Recycling Batteries Responsibly
The European Directive on Batteries and Accumulators aims to minimise the impact of batteries on the environment and encourage the recovery of the materials they contain. In the UK, regulations on the recycling of batteries and accumulators (rechargeable batteries) were Introduced in 2009. The Waste Batteries Regulations aim to significantly increase UK collection and recycling of used portable batteries from 3% in 2007 to 25% by 2012, rising to at least 45% in 2016.
The battery symbol on a product or on its packaging indicates that the product must not be disposed of with general household waste. Instead, it is the consumer’s responsibility to dispose of their waste batteries at a designated collection point so that they can be recycled. The separate collection and recycling of batteries at the time of dispo sal will help to conserve natural resources and ensure that they are recycled in a manner that protects human health and the environment. A comprehensive list of battery recycling centres can be obtained from: www.recycle-more.co.uk
All Samsung products that are subject to the Batteries Directive are compliant with the UK battery and accumulator Requirements. In accordance with national law, SAMSUNG Electronics (UK) Ltd is a member of an approved batteries producer compliance scheme. This scheme collects, treats and disposes of batteries on Samsung’s behalf.

Fantastic device. I highly recommend the Galaxy 10.1
I absolutely love this wonderful tablet. I use it at university and for my Fashion Design business. It is very useful to be able to draw ideas, usingthe S Pen (which is sensitive to over 1000 types of pressures!).
It is so advanced in terms of functions, I still havent figured out how to use everything. Very slick and efficient.Show more +
Very happy with this purchase, great pen utility, great screen
I love my note 10.1. I use this for work as a lawyer doing attendance notes using the s-pen with "Notes Mobile" and save them direct to dropbox.
At home, I can do sketches with it on Sketchbook for Galaxy or one of many other drawing or painting apps. The screen is magnificent. Netfix and Skygo are fantastic with this.Show more +
Great device for University.
I bought this device for my 3rd semester at University and I have go say it works a treat. The note taking capability is ideal for lectures and I have found that organising both my notes and my studies.
As for the design, the slim design is great for carrying around campus and is easy for me to fit in next to my sports gear. In summary: the tablet is functional and practical and I find myself reaching for it more often than my phone!Show more +
Love my Samsung Galaxy Note! I've been using it daily for just over three months and I couldn't be happier with it. The display is clearer and brighter than our iPad.
The connectivity of my Galaxy Note is better - it connects to my networks more quickly and with less lost connection issues. The speed of loading pages, websites and programs is excellent. Pictures taken are clear and the colors are perfect. Videos run with clarity and great audio. While watching a movie, the weight of it becomes noticeable but an inexpensive tablet stand makes that completely not an issue. This is a work horse that is just fun to play on. It's a great tablet and compares well beyond expectations to higher priced options.Show more +
Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014 edition) review
Your only 10.1 choice if you want a tablet with a capacitive stylus, but you pay through the nose for it
Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) review
A do-it-all tablet with a gloriously hi-res screen, the Note 10.1 is Samsung's best tablet yet [updated with video]
Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition review
The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition doesn't come cheap, but that money will buy you a great, high-definition display, rafts of power and a handy stylus for writing notes or doodling cartoons.
Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 review: Flying first class
Lightweight, agile and simply affordable, seven-inchers did, at one point, seem capable of pushing ten-inch Android tablets out of business. Even Samsung, with its device-for-every-taste approach had to admit defeat. The Koreans all but threw in the...
