How do I request an exchange?

If you changed your mind, we will exchange the unopened product(s) with requested product (if available).

You must request an exchange within 14 days of delivery. To request an exchange, please contact our Customer Service (☎0860-07267864), or email us at zaestore@samsung.com, or chat via our chatbot on the website and we will help you through the process. Please note that exchanges are limited to a different colour of the same model
