When trying to search earbud through “Find my earbuds” feature, it does not work properly. Why is this?

If foreign substances enters inside the lens of the IR sensor related to “Find my earbuds” feature, the feature may not work properly and beeping sound may not also work.

 

Furthermore, additional following functions related to IR sensor may not also work properly.


When taking off the earbuds, automatic mute may not work properly.


When wearing earbuds, touchpad may not work properly.

 

If above issues appear on your Galaxy Buds, please go to the Authorized Samsung Service Center with device and check whether your device has any problems.
