Accessibility Vision

  • Accessibility Office

    Our Accessibility Office serves as a platform to bring together specialists of different organizational units, including user experience, design, development, quality assurance, standards, service, I&D, training, and communications. The Accessibility Office drives company-wide governance and provides the technological support necessary to improve accessibility for all customers using our products and services. A central priority is enhancing usability for customers with disabilities, ensuring that all users can seamlessly benefit from new technologies and services in the AI era.

    In addition, we actively engage with academic institutions, research organizations, and industry experts through our participation in the Digital Accessibility Standardization Forum and the User Accessibility Expert Committee. These partnerships enable us to stay attuned to international standardization trends while establishing and refining accessibility guidelines tailored to market requirements in South Korea. Furthermore, we remain committed to complying with accessibility standards both in South Korea and abroad.

    Evolving from the Samsung Open Source Conference, held since 2014, the event has been rebranded and expanded into the Samsung Tech Conference (STC).
