  • Energy Winner of the Year

    At the ‘28th Energy Winner of the Year Awards,’ hosted by Consumers Korea and sponsored by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, the Ministry of Environment, and the Korea Energy Agency, the BESPOKE AI Hybrid Kitchen Fit Max Refrigerator was awarded the ‘Energy Grand Prize.’ The product also received the ‘Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy Award.’

    In addition to the ‘Energy Technology Award’ presented to the BESPOKE AI Dishwasher, the AI WindFree™ Combo Wall-mount Air Conditioner was honored with the ‘Energy Winner Award.’

  • Green Product of the Year

    The BESPOKE AI Combo, BESPOKE AI One Body, BESPOKE AI Hybrid Kitchen Fit Max Refrigerator, BESPOKE AI Dishwasher, and BESPOKE Qooker Oven have been selected as the ‘Green Product of the Year 2025’ by the Korea Green Purchasing Network (KGPN), a non-profit civic organization.

    The ‘Green Product of the Year’ awards are presented to products recognized for their environmental impact, based on evaluations by both experts and consumers. Approximately 20 consumer and environmental organizations and 300 consumers nationwide participate in selecting products that showcase both environmental attributes and marketability.

  • ENERGY STAR® Emerging Technology Award (ETA)

    The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) recognized Samsung Electronics’ induction as the winner of a 2021 ENERGY STAR® Emerging Technology Award (ETA). Becoming the first winner of the ETA in the induction category, we demonstrated our innovative high-efficiency energy technologies once again.
    In 2020, we received the same award in the refrigerator category for our refrigerators equipped with the Advanced Adaptive Digital Inverter Compressor.

    * Based on testing by the Ocean Wise Plastics Lab using a 2kg load of 100% polyester hoodies, comparing the Synthetics cycle on a Samsung conventional model 27" washing machine with Korean design and the Less Microfiber cycle. Results may vary depending on the actual clothes and usage conditions.
  2. [BESPOKE AI Combo: AI Wash & Dry]
    * Detection and sensing capabilities are based on our deep learning models trained using predefined set of data and may yield inaccurate or incorrect results. New datasets may be introduced to our learning models from time to time to enhance its accuracy
  3. [BESPOKE Refrigerator: Saving power consumption when using AI Energy Mode]
    * The test results are based on a comparison of the factory setting temperature when using AI Energy Mode and without using AI Energy Mode. Results may vary depending on the usage conditions and patterns.
    * The SmartThings App is available on Android and iOS devices.
    * A Wi-Fi connection and a Samsung account are required. You must use a same log-in account between the devices.
    * SmartThings will display a notification before activating the saving algorithm in both 'Maximum Mode' and 'Custom Mode'.
  4. [BESPOKE AI WindFree™ Gallery: Saving power consumption when using AI Energy Mode]
    * Test conditions: 35°C / 24°C (dry temperature / wet temperature, KS C 9306: air conditioner)

    * Test method: Comparison of power consumption according to whether or not AI Energy Mode is turned on in artificial intelligence comfort mode

    * To use AI Energy Mode, require to download the SmartThings app and connect it to Wi-Fi in your home.
  5. [Less Microfiber Cycle]
    * Tested with 2kg load of 100% polyester hoodies, comparing Synthetics cycle on Samsung Conventional model WW4000T and the Less Microfiber™ Cycleon WW9400B. The results may be different depending on the clothes and environment. Tested at the Ocean Wise Plastics Lab.
