Have had it installed for about 3 weeks and have ran it about 4 times. Confused because I think that the drying feature isn’t working properly. Dishes are still misty with water. Some dishes actually still dripping water. Just running normal cycle. Using dishwashing pods. It is a beautiful appliance, just want performance to match the beauty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Dishwasher DW80CG545012 in Glass White is effective at cleaning dishes and quiet as it does so. The white glass panel complements our white kitchen cabinets, and the best part is you can change out the panel for the color of your choice, it comes with a tool you can use to remove the glass panel. A couple of minor things I see as a negative are the dish holders are not adjustable, meaning you are not able to lower them to put big items flat and the top rack is not as wide to be able to fit big coffee mugs flat as well. There are a lot of positive things, such as the adjustable top rack for height, the many washer settings, remote app to control the dishwasher, and a third rack. One thing I noticed is that certain features for wash cycles are accessed only by the Samsung app and not on the dishwasher itself. Overall, this is a nice addition to any kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have really enjoyed the Bespoke dishwasher by Samsung. The white glass front is modern and has a crisp, clean look to it. My favorite feature is the third rack. It is perfect for washing smaller items without worrying that they may fall into the bottom of the dishwasher. My old dishwasher would warp acrylic straws when washed in the utensil caddy. The third rack allows me to sanitize the straws without worrying about ruining them. Another great feature is the spacious utensil caddy. I like how many different compartments it has as well as the narrow design. It is designed for maximum usage with very little sacrifice of bottom rack space. I particularly love how quiet this appliance is. I can run the dishwasher after dinner while the family watches a movie together. Our old dishwasher would clank and whoosh so loudly that it couldn’t be ran during family activities or at bedtime.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were selected for the white bespoke dishwasher and at first we were not overly excited by the color white, but after install, it looks good with our dark cabinets and black and white granite countertops. Downside of this exact model is the third rack doesn’t have any adjustable features, but having a third rack clears up a lot of space on the bottom so much so I can barely fill up my silverware holder My most favorite feature has got to be the auto release door, which allows steam to remove from the dishwasher making it to where I can almost instantly put my dishes away versus my old dishwasher. I would have to leave it open for 12 to 24 hours to allow everything to remotely dry.

It has a lot of different wash options very easy to operate. The only thing is I’m careful to rinse my dishes before I put them in and some still come out with a white film of dishwasher soap on them so I have to rewash them. I’m not sure why this is but it’s probably mean not the dishwasher.

It's very quiet and has 3 layers ... only thing I am having hard time is chopsticks and spoons rack bottom part ... need little more small holes. I am strongly recommend this product.

We replaced our old dishwasher after 8 years and didn't realize just how loud it had gotten and how dirty the dishes were coming out. This dishwasher is only 46 dBA which isn't even loud enough to hear in the next room. The auto cycle takes about 2 hours to complete and has many other options including heavy if you have dirtier dishes. The StormWash feature is super handy as well for a pot or pan that needs extra power to clean. My overall favorite feature is the 3rd rack for silverware which eliminates our need for the huge basket in the bottom rack. This frees up so much room! We can fit a full day's worth of dishes which for my family of 4 is a lot! The dishwasher door opens when the cycle is complete to allow it to vent properly and to show you the cycle is over which is very handy. The overall look and materials it is made out of are very durable and beautiful. Very resistant to fingerprint marks (which with 2 kids is needed!) 5/5, would recommend to others (and have already!)

Have had this very bad dishwasher …for just over a year purchased April 2024 and have had 2 appliance techs and a Plummer look at it, the drain will not work consistently and I am so very frustrated, purchased this one to match my fridge and stove. Big mistake

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The timing was great. My old unit has started to leak. The new Samsung looks great, and works even better. I like to wash the dishes when I go to bed, but the kitchen is near the master bedroom. I could hear the old unit, and it bothered me. his one is very quiet. I love the third shelf, it makes cleaning small items easy. The smart things app works well, and allows one to turn on and off. I also like the different cycles, as sometimes I just need a quick rinse rather than a deep wash, but when you need a deep clean Storm Wash is cool. A silly part I really like is that the door pops open when the cycle is done. It is a nice visual cue.

The stainless interior looks great and the benefits are clear: it not only frees up valuable space in the lower racks for larger pots and pans but also ensures a more organized loading experience. The coating on the bottom two racks is high quality so I expect a long life out of this dishwasher. I chose the stainless exterior with Storm Wash, and I’m very happy with my choice. The controls are easy to use and have many options. Being able to run a short cycle helps to keep my utility bills lower. The 46dBA rating is also quieter than my last unit. I’m glad that Samsung has added a third rack. Another nice feature is that the door pops open by itself at the end of the cycle to aid in faster drying. Also, the StormWash feature is great for those large and heavily soiled items. The SmartThings app for your phone is easy to set up and has a fast connection which then allows you to remotely start, stop, or delay your dishwashing cycle.. I love the bespoke products because they have such a simpler look. The dishwasher is simple to use and after connecting it to our smartphones, doesn't matter where we are in the house, or on the road, we know when our dishes are finished! Plus the preset option on the SmartThings App makes washing dishes as simple as pushing a single button! The 3 drawers make organizing my dishes so much easier. And no longer do I fumble around trying to fit my bulkier utensils somewhere, the top utensil drawer allows me to place those items in their own spot and ensure a clean finish! Easy to carry and door handle is firm to pull. 2. Functions - Display of functions are placed very well from the viewing angle and avoids you to stuggle. 3. Cleaning - The cleaning technology is remarkable, pots, plates and pans can be wased very easily and gives you an immaculate result. 4. Once the dishwasher completes its cleaning cycles, the door pops up giving you an alert that the wash has been done. Above all, it is a great product to be recommended to family and friends and i am enjoying it to my fullest with the convenience it has in it. in moving yI am very impressed with my Samsung dishwasher. Visually it’s very sleek and modern in appearance. More importantly it does a fantastic job cleaning dishes. Some of the most notable things I’m pleased with are how quietly it runs, how clean the dishes are, and how dry the dishes are. I also really appreciate the adjustable upper rack that can be used for flatware that does not fit or might fall through the traditional cutlery rack. The auto release dry feature is the feature I didn’t know I needed, but I think is pretty fantastic. When the dishwasher is done cycling it pops open. Unlike my old stainless dishwasher the glass front is super easy to clean and it doesnt show any finger prints which i love! My favorite aspect though is that it has changed my dishwashing routine and is helping keep my kitchen clean. Prior my sink would fill up with dirty dishes because i had to "pre-wash" all of them before loading the dishwasher if i wanted to have clean dishes to eat off of. Using the Stormwash setting it manages to obliterate all the food particles and stuck grime meaning I can keep my keep my sink empty and minimize the time i spend on cleaning dishes. Also - with the addition of the third rack, I can add so many more items per wash cycle and have it spaced out appropriately so that everything can be cleaned and i can run fewer loads. Even with the intense cleaning cycles it performs I can't get over how quiet it is. My living room is next to the kitchen and i would never run my old dishwasher while watching TV or movies because it was noisy and a complete distraction. This one is near silent and I can run it at any time and in the living room I can't hear it at all. In the kitchen it is a muted whooshing sound that is hardly heard and definitely not disruptive. All in all, I love the performance this dishwasher provides and the look of the Bespoke line. I am already eyeing bespoke versions of a range and fridge to match this dishwasher and upgrade the look of my kitchen with the unique style the white glass provides.

The white glass and hidden touch controls are easy to keep clean. I also love how quite the dishwasher is. Our kitchen is is a bit small so I was worried the noise would carry over into the family room, but no! It is so nice to run a cycle and not have it interfere with my movie. When the cycle is done the auto release door allows me to stay comfy on my couch, while the dishes get that perfect air circulation!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to get this dishwasher, there were differing opinions on the definition of "working" of my previous one. It's so quiet and the white glass finish is beautiful. In my kitchen it has more of a gray tint than true white because of my gray floor I believe. The dishwasher runs so quietly, sometimes I wonder if it's on, I run it at night and it never wakes me like my old one would. The controls are on the top, which is new for me and I wouldn't have realized how much easier it is when you can look at them without bending down to make sure you've chosen the right options. And so many options, I haven't been able to use them all yet but I can say that heavy duty with the high temp wash and storm wash cycles chosen should clean any baked on mess you can throw at it. Everything always comes out clean, and because of the door popping open at the end to let the moisture out, everything is dry too. No pulling dishes out just to have to dry them. The three racks are convenient as well. The top rack is good for utensils. You can lay you spatulas and serve wear in there plus your regular forks, knives and spoons. Then you can take out the utensil basket to make more room on the bottom rack. The adjustable 2nd rack is easy to adjust, with a lever on each side to adjust up or down. Throw in the SmartThings app and they thought of everything. Connecting to the app will let you know the time left and allow you to control the dishwasher away from home. I added mine to the Alexa app and outside of my "do not disturb" hours it will announce to the whole house that the dishes are done. Now no one can say they didn't know the dishes were clean and ready to be put away! Add people to the SmartThings app and we all get the notification when it's done. All in all I am pleased with my purchase and working in the kitchen isn't so much of a chore anymore.

And here's where it gets kinda sci-fi: the Bluetooth tech. You can kick off a wash cycle from your phone, and get this, you'll even get a ping when it's done. Fancy, right? Now, before you think we're all sunshine and rainbows, there's a little hiccup. See, they only gave us a quick start guide or a Simple User Manual, but what we really wanted was a personalized manual just for our unit. Simply scanning the QR code didn't help and we had to play detective online to get the real scoop. Not exactly a smooth start, but Google was our friend as our model wasn't on the Samsung website per their instructions.. And here's where our patience got a bit tested. We now own a bottle of Finish Jet-Dry rinse aid - and I'm not a huge fan of adding even more chemicals to our home, but the machine works best with it - as the manufacturer suggests. Samsung BESpoke dishwasher has been the best upgrade to our home by replacing our old junk with a brand new one with white glass. Super easy to clean the front of the glass, easy to use. This new Samsung Bespoke Smart 46 dBA Dishwasher with StormWash has been a dream, with so many features and it connects to our phone!! I love the 3 layer sections. I use the top for the kitchen utensils, the 2nd for cups, bowls, or kitchen utensils I can't fit on the 1st tray, wine glasses, small dessert plates, serving bowls, and kids cups. 3rd level I use pots, pans, big plates, and silverware. I love how you can separate each piece and really get it washed properly, or lift it up and put garlic press, or spatula. The StormWash is great for cleaning those big pots and pans. The design is modern, classy, upscale, and very unique(as I can select what color I wish to have for the dishwasher). Being a family of 5, 3 boys(3,6,9 and 2 cats). I do a lot of cleaning, cooking and definitely use the dishwasher often throughout the day. I love that I can connect to my phone via wifi and know when it's done. Delay dishwashing while the boys shower as well as run it anytime, it's super quiet!! Huge winner in my books!! One of my favorite parts (which I thought my husband was pranking me) was it opens up once it's done to release all the air which prevents mold, wet dishes staying in and so much more! I love being able to go on a walk with my neighbors in the morning, run the dishwasher and while on my walk I get an alert on my phone when the cycle is complete. There are various modes (auto which I use often, normal, heavy, delicate, express 60, pre blast, download cycle, storm wash, lower rack(great for bazillion water bottles my boys love to go through), sanitize, high temperature). As well as lock mode, great for those little fingers who love to pray jokes on mommy(3 and 6 year old haha). I love the sleek design and the control panel hidden from those little fingers. Very smart and well thought out! I highly recommend this dishwasher based on my own positive experience! It has a stainless steel interior which is great and easy to add tabs, detergent, or liquid detergent to the detergent compartment. Adjacent to that, it has a rinse aid compartment marked with a max fill line for easy fill. Great quality product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Bespoke dishwasher is the perfect addition to my kitchen appliances. Not only is it the perfect fit under my island countertop but it blends in so well with the White Glass finish. As with any Bespoke series appliances by Samsung, one can easily swap the front finishes to different colors but the white glass finish ended up being our choice to blend well with our bespoke refrigerator and the gray/shiny cabinets we have. It was professionally installed for us so I cannot speak to ease of installation but I can say that something important to note is that if installing yourself, make sure that the final installation is perfectly plumb with the countertop as we found out during install that our countertop wasn’t leveled perfectly so we had to adjust the dishwasher slightly. Not a show stopper. Now for the fun part, the features. This dishwasher is as quiet as it gets, I have no issues watching a movie in the living room and have the dishwasher running at the same time with no interruptions or any sound issues. It comes in at a whopping 46dba which is very low noise level. I absolutely love how loaded it is with different cycles and features. For starters, you can easily add it to the smart things app by Samsung. I have a Samsung galaxy phone so integration with smart things was even more seamless. It automatically detected the dishwasher the moment I turned on smart things and added it successfully. Make sure you link it to your home wifi as well as it does have a built-in smart control function which allows you to remotely control the dishwasher through the app/phone. I am able to see when it finishes, when it’s running, and select different cycles all remotely. I am also able to start the dishwasher and stop it if I so desire. There are different cycles available but I absolutely love the set and forget it cycle which is called AUTO. I let it automatically detect soil level and cycle accordingly with the right amount of energy and water as needed. To me this is roughly a 2.5 hrs cycle which works well and I get clean dishes every time. The remaining cycles are ‘normal’, ‘heavy’, ‘delicate’, express 60, preblast, download cycle. Most of these are self-explanatory except the preblast and download cycle. The preblast cycle helps with making sure if your pots for example are heavily soiled, it will turn on the turboblaster (yellow jet disk bottom left corner) feature which is pressurized jets that will help clear out the majority of stuck on soiled food. The express 60 is also great because it finishes the whole cycle in 1 hour in case there is an urgency to get dishes clean faster or multiple rounds are needed after a party etc. It takes standard HE detergent powder, liquid, or tabs. I personally like the tabs as it’s an all in one and the outcome is super clean dishes. The rinse aid compartment is also available if you choose to use it. The download cycle is unique in that you can select on the app special cycles such as baby items, night mode, plastics, or pots and pans. Each with different properties depending on what you are washing. It also has a delay start up to 24hrs which is great if you do not want your hot water to run out while you are showering so I set mine at 2am delay start when everyone is asleep with no issues as it will be ready by morning. Another unique feature of this dishwasher is the drying method. Not only does it have the traditional electric drying but it also auto opens the door at the end of cycle to get fresh air in to aid in the drying process. I must say I haven’t had any issues with wet dishes when I take the dishes out compared to my old dishwasher. I also didn’t experience any etching or any film on any of my glasses or dishes. Of course, I will point out that I do have a water softener installed so it definitely helps with making sure I don’t have hard water while the dishwasher is running. This dishwasher comes with 3 racks with top rack to be used for flatware or any cooking utensils, middle rack (typically top) on traditional dishwashers to be used for cups and bowls, and bottom rack for pots/pans/dishes. I love that the bottom and middle racks are adjustable in height and also that the 3rd top rack can be completely removed if necessary or if not utilized to give extra clearance for larger glasses or cups/bowls. Overall this dishwasher I can simply say is unique in features, design, ease of use, and does the most important job that matters well – clean the dishes. I am confident that my dishes are clean and sanitized and I am saving energy and water doing so compared to hand washing. I would highly recommend this dishwasher to anyone looking for a do it all dishwasher that is quiet and performs really well.

I just bought this dishwasher. In description it said it has adjustable times. It does not. My previous Samsung dishwasher would allow me to lay tines flat on bottom basket when I needed to adjust for pots and pans or to adjust in general. That is not available in the one even though description say it does. The gaps on the bottom basket are very large which allows items smaller than plates to fall through. Other than these problems it works fine. Very disappointed with bottom basket in this machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this to replace our old Whirlpool dishwasher. Pros: It's relatively quiet when compared to our old dishwasher. The auto opening action at the end of a cycle really does help dry the dishes faster. The top rack is perfect for spatulas and stuff like that. It does a GREAT job cleaning, and isn't that the point. Cons: Once we start it we cannot stop a cycle, not that we do that often. The buttons are on the top lip and are under the counter when closed so it is impossible to access them. To start it it has to be open, you hit the power button, the cycle, then close it. It's not a huge deal just inconvenient.

It’s extremely quiet—you can barely tell it’s running—and the StormWash feature does a great job on tough, stuck-on dishes. I also really like the AutoRelease door; it helps with drying and keeps everything from feeling too humid inside. The layout is flexible with the third rack and adjustable middle rack, which makes loading easier. It looks great in my kitchen and the fingerprint-resistant finish is holding up well. Only minor issue I’ve noticed is that plastics don’t always come out bone dry, but using rinse aid helps. At first I didn’t want the 3rd rack for utensils because I never had it, but this was on sale, and I feel so fancy and wonder how I lived without this. It is perfect to through the baby bottle caps and inserts on top and they don’t get lost, nothing moves. And for the tops of the yeti mugs, if you know you know. What a dream. So far so good

Sleek design with touch buttons and connectivity with Smart App has made my life easier to operate and keep a track of when it completes it washing cycle. It has got 3 drawers which has given me a good set of capacity to accommodate all of my utensils and i can operate it through my Smart App. Overall, it is a great decision that i have made as it has enhanced the beauty of my kitchen.

Or just load everything in it on auto wash for perfectly clean dishes. I really like the auto open door after the wash for optimal drying. It's very quite and efficient enough to run daily. Looks very good with the control panel on top of the door. Also, can be programmed through smart things app on your phone. I highly recommend this dishwasher.

Display of functions - Functions are pretty well displayed to operate and understand 5. Cleaning - This dishwasher thoroughly cleans each and every utensil, gives a satisfying feel to you. Not having enough space in the utensils bucket has always been an issue with every dishwasher I have ever owned. The ability to move a rack higher or lower to accommodate taller dishes is a plus. Connecting to wifi was very easy through the app and the Jets clean dishes every time. I never have to rehash anything.

It is super quiet during operation, and does a superb job cleaning the dishes. I like the optional settings to delay start, pre-blast and sanitizer. These are just a few of the added settings. Overall, the Samsung Bespoke dishwasher is top of it's class, both in functionality and appearance. I highly recommend!!!

Being Samsung phone users, we were leary about venturing off into the appliance world. The dishwasher we chise had a decent sound rating but also included a third shelf. After we set the dishwasher up on the SmartThings app, I learned you can download extra "programming" for the dishwasher. One of the downloadable settings is the door will pop open after the run cycle is co.plete to facilitate further drying of plastics. Very nice addition!! The dishwasher cleans better than any dishwasher we've owned, and I've tried all the brands by now. Do not hesitate at all with this addition if you are looking to replace your dishwasher.

When they installed it, I was happy at how aesthetically pleasing it was and how well it blended with my white kitchen. When I first used the dishwasher, I was happy at how much more dishes I could wash. The addition of the 3rd rack allowed me to wash my utensils more efficiently plus it gave the lower rack more space to wash bigger items by just removing the utensil holder in the bottom. Compared to my old dishwasher the Samsung Bespoke runs without any noise, I had to double check if I even turned it on. It runs so quiet you hardly know it was running. Another cool feature is that you can add it to the SmartThings App! You can control your dishwasher from your phone! Aside from all the cool new features, the most important is that my dishes comes out clean, sanitized and sparkling. I would definitely recommend the Samsung Bespoke Dishwasher if you are in the market for a new dishwasher.
