LONDON, UK - February 4, 2014 - Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd today announced the appointment of Giuseppe (Beppe) Donagemma as the Head of Samsung Networks Europe (SNE). Giuseppe will be in charge of developing business opportunities and expanding Samsung’s mobile network business in the European region.
Giuseppe is well-known within the mobile network sector and has over 20 years of experience managing the operations of global networks. He was previously responsible for Nokia Solutions and Networks (formerly Nokia Siemens Networks) in Europe and ensured healthy profitability for the company at a time of global economic crisis. More recently, Giuseppe has been an advisor and board member for several ICT and private equity companies.
Giuseppe has a proven record of accomplishments for leading teams and delivering excellent results and it is expected that his leadership skills and expertise will be a valuable asset to Samsung’s European network business.

Samsung founded Samsung Networks Europe (SNE) to be the center of its European Networks Business in 2011. The SNE has grown and now delivers marketing, sales, as well as technical support for the region.
