What happens to Gift voucher in case of payment failure / Network error?In case of payment failure / Network error where order could not be completed, the voucher value will be reinstated back within 2 hrs. User can re-use the same voucher code.

Can a user cancel the order once placed?User can cancel the order before it is dispatched/shipped. In such case Voucher value will be re-instated once cancellation is completed. Partial cancellation of order is not allowed. The entire order needs to be cancelled.

What happens if I get a defective product? Or the product gets lost in transit?User need to contact the Samsung Customer service team within 24hr of receiving defective product. In such case the product value will be refunded back to the customer within 7-10 business days. Regular terms of service will apply in similar manner for lost in transit cases.
