Galaxy Z Fold8

This is not my first foldable but is a great phone! Love the size and features, I was struggling to pick between the ultra and the fold 8 but I chose the fold 8. The responsiveness is on another level, no hick ups or stuttering so far. I love how thin it is and crazy to think how they were able to increase the battery capacity while making the phone more compact

I love the camera view and the phone also comes with additional creative apps for all of the creators in the Internet World and if you work closely on computers. I can do everything on the Galaxy Z Fold 8 just as if I was on my laptop! Plus, the size is perfect for women who carry small purses, or it can fit right in your back pocket. I am in Love with this product!!!

I chose the Z Fold 8. I love the form factor, the multitasking and the ability to unfold it. Using it as a big screen has been great for reading and watching movies. It's aslo been great for work related items for Microsoft apps. I have watched a lot of reviews on YouTube and they all have pretty much the same pros and cons which I agree with. I miss the flex mode ( I know the z fold 8 ultra has it) and I am not entirely sold on the battery but it is definitely better than the Z Fold 7.

This phone is amazing. I've got no single complaint. It's both a phone and a tablet. Two in one. Well actually it's 3 in one as I use DEx that I use as PC on an external monitor. I've had the z flip since the first one came out. I dont regret switching to this phone. Worth the increase in price from the flip series. Just wished that the camera bump not as prominent.

Love the phone overall. But the exterior screen got a giant deep scratch the very first day just by placing the phone down on my night stand and desk at work. Baby it and am extremely careful. It's my own fault but never had any issues with any other samsungs ever so may be a screen issue. Also no stylus support sucks, the cameras aren't the best for the price point and it gets really hot doing basic multitasking or app updates. But the form factor is amazing and the phone is terrific overall

I Chose the Galaxy Z Fold 8 as I love the new size and shape of the device, I moved from a fold 6. Watching videos even when closed is basically the same size as the Fold 6 when opened. The squat form factor and how incredibly thin it is makes it a delight to carry around compared to the bulky fold 6. I got the carbon case for free with my purchase, which is great too. I refused to put a case on my fold 6 as any case I bought made the phone a brick. This still makes the fold 8 slim even with the case on. The only negative I have is the loss of the telephoto camera. I hate the hole punch cut out selfie camera on the inside screen. I've never used a front facing camera with the fold open. It's literally never used. I'd rather do away with that and have the telephoto back.

After getting the Flip 7 last year, I've finally got the hype behind foldables. Then, Samsung dropped this new form factor which was nostalgic and practical at the same time. I chose the Fold 8 over the Ultra because of how pocketable this device is. It truly is a tablet that can turn into a phone. Using it for gaming is mind-blowing. I am not a specs guys, but this thing can run things!

I'm happy I chose to get back into foldables with the Z Fold 8. The size is great, it's light, it's quick, and the screens are fantastic! One UI is smooth, and I particularly enjoy how customizable things are (Good Lock in particular). Having the flexibility to use a passport size regular phone and opening up to a huge display is a real, real treat! After using it a month I can say with certainty you won't regret this device.

It's fun, it's easy to use, and fits in your pocket. Great for making calls, or watching a video. It's simply awesome.

I chose this phone to give it a try since I have always owned a slab phone or a regular size foldable in for me this has to be the perfect size the perfect form the screen ratio both front and inner screen are just amazing so far I love the UI on Samsung phones and this is my first time owning a Samsung cell phone and I can tell you that this is a keeper won't be looking back and Samsung you get to keep me as regular customer

Have had the phone for about a month. It's the most unique and useful phone I've ever had. Front screen is large enough for texting, scrolling, or any other normal phone needs. When you open the phone, that's where the fun begins. Great for watching shows or just scrolling social media. I love I can watch videos and have the comments open on the side. If you turn the phone vertical, it's similar to having your normal slab phone but larger. Multitasking is simple and useful.

I'm glad my previous phone gave up right before the launch of this all new Fold 8. This is my second run at the Z series, previously it was a Z Flip 6, which I would say was an alright experience, cos of the limited use of the the small screen and even small battery capacity, but Fold 8 was something that I was expecting in my head and feels like Samsung overheard the voice in my head...but what a phone it has been, it has been with me for over a month now and amount of front screen and the inside screen I've used is i can put it like that 'only time I've left the phone aside is while SLEEPING'. I'm huge youtube watcher and the inside has been a cinematic experience...all the vibrant colors pulling out of the screen has been a soothing to my eyes...and the multi tasking windows with the amount of space for all the open windows is incredible...the only downside is why didn't samsung give the same cameras as the Fold 8 Ultra is beyond me...but I would like to say is I'm sticking to this series for a very long long time...I've been an ardent Samsung owner, I've had Galaxy Y, Galaxy S6, Galaxy S8, Galaxy S9+, Galaxy S20+, Galaxy Z Flip 6 and now Galaxy Z Fold 8...pretty sure there will be even more Z series from here...CHEERS!

I chose the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8, and it is easily my favorite device I have ever owned. Honestly, the size is perfect, it makes me feel like this is how phones should have been designed from the very beginning. The performance is incredibly fast, and both screens are absolutely amazing. It has completely transformed how I handle multitasking and has been an unbelievable device for mobile gaming. I couldn’t be happier with it!

I chose I am very happy to have this phone, it works in every aspect, without any failure when using it, spectacular cameras, when using the internal screen when using social media. I just upgraded from the s26 Ultra to the z Fold 8! And I am so glad I did!! I chose this one in particular because I am new to content creating and building a small business that having the inside wider screen makes it easier to edit content on the go. It is perfect for when I grab a smaller purse; so it fits perfectly. Having this phones is so much fun and I cannot to see what else I can do with it!! Samsung; y'all did great with this one!

The phone is great lighter and more versatile, takes awhile to learn how to use it But I wanted to get with Samsung card but barclays is a nightmare to apply so couldn't use credit card discount And still haven't got card even with excellent credit Asking me to send very personal information in the mail to get approved but offer no secure way to send electronically

I chose the Galaxy Z Fold 8 after my brother purchased his Fold 8. It is a beautifully designed device that takes all the features of a smart phone and your tablet, merging them together to create a beautiful, compact and user friendly device for everyday use. I love this phone and cannot wait to see how the next generation develops.

I'm so beyond happy I chose this phone :) its amazing best of both worlds a slab style on the front cover for quick day to day task and a full mini tablet inner display is amazing for gaming and steaming , without needing to maintain 2 separate devices which is great for a busy mom like myself.

The Galaxy Z Fold 8 has been an awesome upgrade. I love having the convenience of a regular phone when it’s folded, but being able to open it up and have a much larger screen when I need it is a game changer. I chose this as my first foldable phone for it's form factor. It is compact when needed to be, when I need a larger screen, it's just a fold away! Watching content, reading PDFs and viewing photos are absolutely brilliant on the main screen. When opened, it's comfortable to hold in either orientation. Cannot wait for what the future brings with this form factor and Samsungs ingenuity. Nicely done.

This is my second foldable that I've chose the Galaxy Z fold 8 it's such an amazing phone I am Overjoyed with it, I enjoy the main screen for when I'm working and Quick Tesks, but when I'm home and and relaxing it's time to open it up and enjoy the main screen so much real estate to watch videos the clarity is awesome and the crease is barely noticeable you have to really try to see it.

I chose to finally upgrade from a Galaxy Note 20 Ultra to a Galaxy Zfold 8. I love being able to open the phone to a larger screen and fold it back to a smaller screen. This is the first fold phone that I have owned. Great design!

I really love this size. It's so portable and that inner screen is perfect for watching stuff. I just wish they’d added the Ultra cameras to this model. Also, the software feels a bit slower than the base S26. For now, I plan on sticking with this phone for a while.

The fact that it's a tiny phone when folded but basically a small tablet when opened makes it extremely versatile. For media lovers! I chose this device for the size. Folded the screen is large enough for quick messages and videos. Opened fills the screen without the need of back bars on either side of the screen. Fits comfortably in my jean pocket and is highly durable.

I have been a user of the Z series since the z fold 2. E having the fold 2,3,4 and 6 I decided to wait a little longer before changing my fold 6, and I really don't regret the wide version is the best I can have and now I have a phone for 3 more years.

I've had the fold 3,4, and 6 and this is the best form factor change since then. It's easy to hold and to use. Only thing that needs improvement is the camera. It should be on the same level as the ultra and this phone would be perfect.

I had the original fold, but could not get past this skinny outer screen. This new passport design is why I chose this model. It is everything I wanted. Comfortable to use, fits in one hand easily without being too big or two skinny. Unfolded it is a nice wide screen great for watching videos and multitasking. Battery lasts me all day and beyond.

Just the best version of a fold. I find my self opening the phone all the time for videos and browsing and the front screen is just great for fast actions.

I love caring the new Z Fold 8, the new One UI 9 is great and smooth, the new color is very bright and lively. The speed on the new snapdragon is absolutely amazing. My phone runs extremely hot fast, why... I don't understand But I will not fall out of love with it. It will remain my daily driver.

I chose the Z Fold 8 for a new adventure and I'm enjoying the ride. My main thing is streaming. I will like to mention this my first folding device and I'm still learning new things.

I previously had the fold 6 loved the phone but mainly used it unfolded because the front screen was too narrow. Now with fold 8 I tend to use the front screen more then actually opening it up and unfolding. Front screen is much more wide and it allow you to easily type on it. It's nearly the perfect size.

The size and shape of this phone is unique and this is definitely the best Fold phone to date. The thinner, lighter design compared with other Fold devices makes for a more user friendly experience whilst still offering the front screen as a quick use tool and the larger fold screen as a small tablet all in one. Ive put a 360 case on it as i will drop it and this is still no thicker than the average phone in a case. Battery so far is more than i need for heavy daily use and the speed and response is exceptional. The fold mech is strong and durable, holds firmly closed until openeded and snaps closed when finished. Best Samsung phone to date.

I have had the Fold 6 and thought moving to the Fold 7 was an evolution change, but moving to the Fold 8, wow! The size is perfect, it fits into your hand and looks right. Then you open it up and it transforms, pictures, video and books just fit the this screen ratio. The hinge works better than the Fold 7, opening easier and snaps open. The crease I have forgotten about. I didn't notice it on the Fold 7, but the screen is so much better. I never thought the Fold 7 was a slouch but the 8 seems so much more smoother and responsive. One UI 9 has some great improvements and the integration with the AI makes tasks and work flow so much easier.

I chose this let go of my Ultra 23 because I have been wanting a fold forever. The flip felt too small and I have been an Ultra girl since the note series. This phone ferls great in my hand. It feels like a mini book or even like a compact mirror. The screen is responsive. Flips through pages quickly. The colors of my videos, pictures and movies look stunning. I think the sound is louder than my S23 Ultra. My daughter complained it was too loud but not for me, lol. It's a great little phone and I can't wait until I can customize it even more. It's beautiful and sleek. I love the fingerprint sensor on the side. It responds quickly to unlock.

I use my phone for basically everything. I read, surf the internet and play games. My last phone was the s23 ultra for the display size and the CPU was pretty alright. But now I game waaaaay more on my phone when I'm not home and I read a lot more Manga and comics so I felt like I had to chose the fold 8. The compact size of the front is perfect for tiktok and I perfer reading fanfics and books on the front display. Inside is THE PERFECT SIZE FOR MANGA AND COMICS! It is the same size as the paperwhite 12th gen. Only downside is no pen and the inner camera should be more to the corner cause it does mess the menu in a few gacha games like HSR.

Im so glad I chose this phone! I've had nothing but great experiences with it, and I'm still learning things it can do every day. I love to watch videos and this phone seems built for exactly that. Whether I'm watching the outer screen turned to the side for a quick short video, or need the cinematic experience of the larger inner screen, this device has me covered. When opened and held horizontal for apps like YouTube or vertical for apps like Facebook, the inner surface advantage comes alive. Oh, and I can reach everything with one hand now when it's closed! Can't say enough about the form factor. Great purchase 10 out of 5 stars, I love it.

I love this color so much I genuinely think this is the one unique color they need to continue, the battery is a lot better than expected and the hinge is such an improvement from Google fold phones !!!!

I think Samsung nailed it with the Fold8, the size, the hinge mechanism, the screen viewing ration when folded and unfolded, it is impressive and once you get used to it you can't go back to normal phones. Battery capacity is huge and certainly lasts for a full day with constant usage, and the phone form factor is durable but worth investing in a rugged cased to protect such massive investment. Screen is bright and very responsive when folded and unfolded, really love watching videos on this phone, and more importantly choose the right case that support vertical kickstand (not just horizontal) to be sure you are most enjoying the screen view.

I previously had the Z flip 5, which I have had now for three years. I loved having a smaller phone, but I also used it for it's bending capability. I planned on getting the new Z flip 8 but when I saw this model I knew it was for me. It's smaller than average phones, and of course it unfolds to a much larger screen. I've missed having a phone that I could use without opening it. Today was the first full day of using it and I used the front screen to watch some videos and slightly opened the phone so it stood on its own. Absolutely loved it. I will now watch movies on the inside screen and i can't wait. This is such a smart move for Samsung!!!!

While it took a brief adjustment period to get used to the shorter height, I chose this device because it delivers easily the best form factor available. It's wonderfully compact when folded, but unfolding it into a mini tablet completely changes the experience. Videos look fantastic on the inner display, and the anti-reflective screen coating makes a massive difference for visibility. The upgraded faster charging is a welcome quality-of-life improvement, and the cameras are completely sufficient for everyday photos. Most of all, it brought back that genuine sense of excitement for mobile technology that smartphones have lacked for a long time.

This is my 3rd ZFold, and by far this is absolutely the best one so far. I chose the ZFOLD 8 over the ultra and I'm super stoked that I did. There is one downside to this device..... I can't seem to put it down for long. Very addictive!!

When I first tried out the fold 8 I was really impressed. The whole thing is just a beautiful piece of tech - unbelievably thin and light for everything it can do. I chose this phone because Samsung showed up with the best foldable form factor! I use it to read emails and look at work documents at the same time, and nothing really compares when having that at the same time, all in your pocket. I'm a really busy grad student who also has a full time job, so when travelling, having a phone that can actually keep up is important. Not to mention -- you get to leave your mini tablet at home. If you like gaming and productivity, this is the phone.

I really like the large screen for many functions, reading, movies, internet, etc. I am glad I chose this upgrade.

This is my third foldable phone. I used to own galaxy Z fold 2 and Z fold 5. Both were pretty good but this one feels and is even better. For me the size is perfect, you can use the entire phone with a single hand even when you are using it as tablet mode. I think the technology got pretty much improved for the foldable system, it feels smooth when you fold and unfold the phone. Although the cameras are not the ones as the ultra the photos are very good. Also you can see that the battery lasts longer as the previous foldable phones as well as my galaxy s25 ultra. So Big improvement there too. Definitely my best foldable phone so far.
