AC Campaign Service Terms and Conditions




Terms and Conditions of the Repair Service

  • The Samsung Repair service (the “Repair Service”) is available to Customer (“Customer(s)”) through Samsung authorized service centers only, in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan only.

  • Eligible Products for this campaign are only Home split AC’s "Product(s)" bought from any country.

  • Customers are eligible to repair up to 5 units.

  • This Repair Service campaign shall commence on the 4th  of May 2025 until the 8th of May 2025 (“ Repair Service Period”).

  • This campaign includes free cleaning, checking and gas recharge.

  • The Customer can participate in the Repair Service program by requesting the repair service from an authorized Samsung service centers through the registration link or the Customer service center and to provide all required details for service fulfillment.

  • The Customer will be informed of the status of the product and/or in the event of any changes during the repair service and/or a detailed inspection of the product through telephone and/or SMS and/or email and/or any available communication channel.

  • The Customer must be at the majority age under the applicable laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and have legal capacity to enter into these Terms and Conditions.

  • Samsung Shall not be liable to the Customer for any loss and/or damages of any kind suffered in connection with this Repair Service Program.

  • By participating in this Recycling Program, the Customer accepts that any dispute of whatever nature which is directly or indirectly related to these Terms and Conditions, will be subject to, governed and construed by the laws and regulations of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and such disputes in relation to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved by the competent courts in Amman.
