Mobile Screen Repair / Replacement requirements

• Kindly note the cost of the screen repair is lower than the screen replacement, because in a screen repair the mobile frame is not replaced, only repaired.
• Prices of the screen repair may vary based on the mobile model and the condition of the mobile.
• Samsung shall not be held responsible for any data loss that may occur during the screen repair or replacement process for any mobile that has been screen repaired/replaced.
• Customers are required to remove any SIM card or memory cards from the product, in addition to removing any personal information, before any pick-up or delivery.

Consumer Electronics repair price range

A: Televisions

• The TV repair prices are for the TV sizes listed and are only a range; the final price will be determined based on the TV condition after technician inspection.
• The TV price range varies based on the model size. Models included: Crystal UHD, FHD/HD, Neo QLED 4K, Neo QLED 8K, QLED 4K, The Frame, The Serif, The Sero.
• The TV price range only includes the cost of the panel repair. Labor charges and visit charges will be added separately.

B: Home Appliances

• Customers are required to provide complete and accurate details regarding the delivery location, as well as any of their personal data whenever requested by Samsung. Customers must also provide a safe and appropriate environment at the customer location for Samsung personnel to carry out the delivery.
• Repair prices may vary depending on the service provider and the product condition.
• All repair requirements will be collected from the customer's home by Samsung's authorized service partner.

C: Wearables

• A list of the comprehensive wearables is included along with the cost of repair; the cost may vary based on the condition of the unit.

D: Monitors

• The monitor repair prices are for the monitor sizes listed and are only a range; the final price will be determined based on the monitor condition after technician inspection.
• The monitor price range varies based on the model size. Models included: Curved Full HD, FHD, LED and UHD curved monitors.
• The monitor price range only includes the cost of the panel repair. Labor charges and visit charges will be added separately.

Payment Mechanism

• Customers are required to pay the service charges advised by Samsung prior to the service.

General Terms and Conditions

• The repair prices listed are only a recommendation; the final repair price may vary based on the product's condition and repair requirements.
• Samsung has the right to update the repair prices at any time, subject to notification to the customers.
• The repair prices for mobile phones were updated in November 2026.
• The repair prices for out-of-warranty customers include the labor charges, spare parts and VAT. If other repair services are required, they will be determined by the technician after the inspection and after the customer's consent to proceed with the repair at the confirmed price.
• If the customer does not accept the service charge, the unit will be returned without any repair or service conducted.
• The repair price is valid for mobile phones and consumer electronics purchased from Samsung brand shops and authorized resellers in the Territory.

• Service and delivery may at any time be delayed depending on spare parts availability, any other external condition not within an individual's control, force majeure and others.
• The repair prices do not cover accessories.
• The Average Turn Around Time (TAT) for repair is an estimate and varies based on the product condition.
• Service shall at all times be subject to the Terms and Conditions stated in the Job Card.
• Samsung and/or its partners shall not assume liability for loss of any content, data or any other information contained in the product.
• Samsung and/or its partners shall not be liable to the customer for any loss and/or damages of any kind suffered in connection with these terms and conditions and/or delivery or service.
• Upon pick-up, Samsung shall examine the product received and decide, at its absolute sole discretion, whether the service required is subject to charges. Out-of-warranty products shall always be subject to service charges. For products under warranty, Samsung has the absolute discretion to decide whether a charge applies, depending on the product status verification/evaluation and the cause of its damage.
• Samsung and its partners shall not be liable for any delay and/or non-performance of any of their obligations under these Terms and Conditions caused by: quarantine restrictions due to the outbreak of any national or international pandemic; any other restriction issued by the government; or force majeure beyond the control of Samsung.
• Samsung shall at any time be entitled, at its sole discretion, to terminate or modify these Terms and Conditions.
• The customer accepts that any dispute of whatever nature which is directly or indirectly related to these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the country where the customer is resident, and shall be resolved by the competent courts in that country.
