  2. To use Nearby devices, the following conditions must be met.
    • Feature availability: Your phone, tablet, or PC must be signed in to your same Samsung account and must have both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth turned on. Galaxy phones and tablets require One UI 7 or higher. Galaxy Books with Nearby devices app needs to be installed from the Microsoft Store, and the software versions below are required. Samsung Settings 6.0 or higher (Arm), Samsung Continuity Service 1.13 or higher.
    • Discoverable devices: Devices that meet the conditions below will appear when you tap the Nearby devices button in the quick panel. Galaxy phones and tablets: Must be signed in to the same Samsung account and Bluetooth must be turned on. One UI 7 or higher is required to use all features. Limited features are available if your phone or tablet has One UI 4.1.1 or higher and Continuity Service 1.2.27 or higher.
      Galaxy Book must be signed in to the same Samsung account and Bluetooth must be turned on and requires Samsung Settings 6.0 or higher (Arm), Samsung Continuity Service 1.13 or higher. Samsung TVs and Smart monitors, and projectors must be turned on and must have connected to this phone/tablet at least once using Smart View or DeX. Only TVs released in 2016 or later are supported. Not discoverable on Galaxy Books. Galaxy Buds, watches, fitness bands, and rings must be paired with this phone using Bluetooth. Bluetooth must be turned on. Requires PC running Windows 10 with version 1809 or above, Galaxy Book running One UI 5.0 or above and Galaxy smartphone running One UI 5.0 or above. Service function rollout date may vary by region, carrier and device.

Users must link their Samsung Galaxy device to their Windows PC through ‘Link to Windows’ on mobile devices and the Microsoft Phone Link App on PC and follow the set-up prompts, including being signed into the same Microsoft account. The IHRN feature is not intended to provide a notification on every episode of irregular rhythm suggestive of AFib and the absence of a notification is not intended to indicate no disease process is present; rather the feature is intended to opportunistically acquire pulse rate data when the user is still and analyze the data when determined sufficient toward surfacing a notification. The ECG Monitor App is not intended to replace traditional methods of diagnosis or treatment. The ECG app is not intended for users with known arrhythmias other than AFib or users under 22 years old. Users should not interpret or take clinical action based on the device output without consultation of a qualified healthcare professional.
  19. Samsung Find (Find My Phone) is supported on Galaxy Watches with Wear OS paired with Galaxy smartphones with Android 10 and above. The paired smartphone should be signed into a Samsung account.
    • Find My Phone ringing and Ringing on Map view are supported when Bluetooth is connected and within range. Ringing on Map view can also be activated remotely.
    • For remote activation, your Watch must be connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data. Your Watch and smartphone should be signed into the same Samsung account and access to location tracking needs to be allowed.
  20. To connect Wi-Fi speakers on Media Output, the speakers should support Chromecast and be available on Galaxy devices with One UI 5.1 or above. Both Wi-Fi speaker and Galaxy device must be on the same Wi-Fi network. Bluetooth speakers and Buds need to be in pairing mode to use Media Output.
  21. Auto Switch feature only available on Galaxy smartphones and tablets with One UI 4.1.1 or above, on Galaxy Watch4 Series and later models, on Samsung TV models launched in 2022 or later and on Galaxy Book models with One UI 6.0 or above. Galaxy Buds must be paired at least once with your Galaxy smartphone, tablet, watch, TV or Book to use Auto Switch with the devices. Auto Switch is available on Buds2 Pro, Buds3 and Buds3 Pro only and not other models. Eligible products must be logged into the same Samsung account, and have both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi turned on.
  22. Availability of mobile hotspot on phone may vary depending on carrier policy. All the devices should be registered under same Samsung account. Phone must be connected to mobile network.
