Samsung currently offers installment plans by Bank Alfalah only, applicable on the purchase of Samsung products on the website using Bank Alfalah credit cards only.
 
Samsung will be introducing installment plans by other banks of Pakistan soon.

Step 1. Navigate to Settings on your Samsung Device, and then tap Accounts and backup.

Step 2. Tap Accounts, tap Add account, and then tap Samsung account.

Step 3. You can sign in if you already have an account or tap Create account to make one.

Samsung Account is a free integrated membership that allows you to enjoy all Samsung services on smartphones, tablets, websites, TVs, and other Samsung products. You can enjoy various Samsung services with a single Samsung Account without having to sign up for each service separately.

You can place your order easily by following a few simple steps:

1. Click on "Shop" button on the top navigation bar.

2. Select an available item you would like to purchase by clicking on "Buy Now" button either from the quick view or product detail page.

3. A product page will open from where you can click on "Add to Cart".

4. You can continue shopping after adding a product to the cart. When you have finished selecting the products, go to your shopping cart and click on "Checkout".

5. Enter your name, billing address etc and select your payment method.

6. Click on "Place Order" to complete the transaction.

You will receive an order confirmation call & email with your Order Number, once your order is successfully placed.

The following payment methods are available (except for Express Delivery*):

Bank Account transfer option has no limit. However, the limit depends on the customers' respective banks policy. For automated bank transfer, customer can make payment within an hour via 1Bill Invoice using Token ID/invoice number received after placing an order on Samsung.com.

*COD option is available for orders of the value of less than Rs. 500,000 on all Samsung Mobile, Devices, Tablets and Accessories. For Consumer Electronics products we offer COD service on orders of any value. COD is the only payment option for Express Delivery

For debit/credit card payment, the limit for all Samsung products is up to Rs. 1,000,000.

For Alfa instalments, customers can pay using Bank Alfalah credit cards only as per the separate terms and conditions specified by the instalment’s provider. Customers can pay for Samsung products in 3,6,9, and 12 months via Alfa instalments.

On the Samsung Website, customers can pay via four types of Mobile Wallets; Easy Paisa, JazzCash, HBL Konnect and Alfa (“Mobile Wallet Banks”), depending upon the limitations imposed by each Mobile Wallet Bank.

Depending on your location, standard delivery takes about 3-5 business days for Samsung Mobile Devices, Tablets and Accessories, and 2-6 business days for Samsung Consumer Electronics (depending on your location).

The Self Pick-up option is currently only available for MX Products (i.e., Mobiles, Tablets and their accessories). Self-Pick-up is not available for Consumer Electronics such as TVs, refrigerators and washing machines etc.

Samsung warranty is valid for one year only. Kindly refer to the terms and conditions of the warranty, available at shop.samsung/pk/terms-and-conditions.

Samsung warranty can be claimed only if there is any technical issue in the product such as battery damage/burn, phone not working when switched on, smart touch is not working etc.

Note: Any fault in the product caused by personal misuse such as broken screen or camera cannot be claimed in the warranty.
