Customer can bring the device(s) to Trade-in Outlets to confirm the eligibility of the device(s) for Trade-In. The Store manager will evaluate the phone and quote the Trade-in value.or select Trade-in Option on Samsung.com, fill the survey and you will get instant evaluation

On Samsung.com you can choose any Smartphone, however on retail stores you can Trade-In for S25 and S26 Series.

Samsung Trade-in lets you exchange an eligible old smartphone and use its assessed value toward a new Galaxy smartphone. On the Samsung Pakistan eStore, choose your new phone, select Trade-in, and answer a short questionnaire about your old phone’s brand, model, and condition. An estimated trade-in value is applied to your cart, subject to inspection. A representative from REGEN, an independent trade-in partner, will visit your address to inspect your old phone and deliver your new one. The final trade-in value depends on the inspection.
You can also visit designated Samsung Trade-in stores in Islamabad, Lahore and Rawalpindi, where the team will assess your device and provide a valuation.

Trade-in and the BNPL option are two separate services on the Samsung Pakistan eStore. Trade-in is beneficial if you have a phone to trade up to the latest Galaxy device, while BNPL suits you if you would rather spread the cost in cash installments without a card.

Online trade-in through Samsung Pakistan is available in Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and Karachi, subject to service coverage at your delivery address.

The visiting team confirms the make, model, and condition you entered in the survey. If anything differs from your description, the valuation is adjusted, and you may be asked to repay part of the discount. Before the visit, it helps to back up your data, sign out of your accounts, and reset the phone. You can transfer everything to your new Galaxy first and wipe the old one at handover.

Trade-in is available on eligible Galaxy smartphones on the Samsung Pakistan eStore. Check for the Trade-in option on your chosen product to see whether it qualifies.

Trade in an eligible old smartphone toward a Galaxy S26, S26+, S26 Ultra or S26 FE and receive an additional Rs. 15,000 trade-in bonus. Galaxy S26, S26+ and S26 Ultra purchases also come with a free magnet case.
The offer is available from 12 October, 12PM to 22 October, 11:59PM, and again from 30 October, 12PM to 1 November 2026, 11:59PM. The bonus is additional to your old phone’s assessed trade-in value and is applied automatically in the cart when you select Trade-in on an eligible model during the offer period.
Outside these periods, regular trade-in remains available on eligible purchases, subject to device assessment.

Yes. You can use your old phone’s assessed trade-in value alongside the Samsung Week price discount on an eligible Galaxy smartphone. During the qualifying trade-in offer periods, eligible Galaxy S26 series purchases also receive the additional Rs. 15,000 bonus.

The REGEN representative will check your old phone’s brand, model and condition against the information you provided in the trade-in questionnaire.
If the device differs from your description, its assessed trade-in value may change, which may affect the amount you need to pay for your new phone.
Back up your data before the visit. Before handing over your old phone, make sure you have saved the information you need, signed out of your accounts, removed your SIM and any memory card, and completed a factory reset. Confirm the data-transfer and inspection sequence with REGEN before erasing the device.
