Can I choose Cash on Delivery as a payment method?

Cash on delivery is provided for Samsung Mobile Devices, Tablets and Accessories for any order having a value of less than Rs. 100,000, and for Samsung Consumer Electronics for any order having a value of less than Rs. 500,000
