My payment has been debited from my account more than once. How do I get my money back?

If you believe a payment has been taken more than once, please contact our Customer Services team at 0800-72678, 9am-12am, and they will be happy to investigate the matter for you, and provide a refund where necessary. Please allow up to 7 - 10 working days for refunds to show in your account.
