What is the next step of order confirmation upon selecting Bank Account transfer option?

If you select Bank Account Transfer option as your payment method, then you are required to complete the following steps in order to confirm your order:

1. You must make the payment within 6 hours of placing an order on the website. Upon failure to make the payment within 6 hours, your order will be cancelled and no claims will be accepted in this regard. The account details of the respective Distributor are mentioned on the Website under the bank transfer option. Please ensure that the payment is transferred to the authorized Distributor, i.e., M&P for MX Products (i.e., Samsung Mobile, Devices, Tablets and Accessories) and Consumer Electronics. If the payment is made to a wrong account (or the wrong Distributor), Samsung will not be liable in any regard.

2. Proof of Payment (Bank Deposit Slip or the Amount Transfer Screenshot) along with your Order ID should be sent on 0332-7267864 or samsung.estore@ptclgroup.com within 6 hours.

3. The sent proof of payment will be confirmed within 1-2 Business Days. Once it has been confirmed, you will get a call to confirm your order. The Order will be deemed to have been placed on the day that a valid proof of correct payment is received. The Order will stand accepted/confirmed only when a confirmation call is made and a delivery date is communicated to you.

If any of the above steps are not fully complied with, your order will be automatically cancelled.
