How to reset your password

Click on 'Reset Password' and enter your account ID. You will be asked to enter your registered email address/phone number. Once you have entered the correct email address/phone number, a code will be sent to you. Fill in the code and if the code is correct, the page will be directed to another page where you can set your new password.
