I bought this phone a month ago, and honestly, it’s the worst phone I’ve ever owned. My experience has been terrible. The touch response is extremely poor, and the phone hangs frequently. Sometimes, the recent apps tab doesn’t even open, and the touch sensors stop working altogether. I have to restart the phone just to make it functional again. I even spent an extra 3000 to buy it from the official franchise, thinking it would be more reliable—but it’s absolutely not worth it. I genuinely don’t recommend anyone to buy this phone. Using it is frustrating and exhausting. Please save yourself the trouble—don’t buy this. Thank you

its also low on mobile network, and built-in mic! yuck MIC is also low standard does not fetch the sound unless you put the mic infront of your mouth and to much noise. It also sucks more power from the bluetooth handsfree.

I bought this about a month ago. Since the beginning, its display has grey lines all over it. It takes a whole night to charge, does not get charged in any position rather a specific position in which the charging voltage rises no more than 660 mV (normally it should go at least above 1000 mV), battery drains really fast, WhatsApp has glitches when you copy paste a text, makes issue when making call (does not dial a call when you're trying to), and Data gets hanged when call is over. Never expected Samsung to produce a product like this, Samsung had been my favourite. Really disappointed.

I bought this phone are careful analysis of all the other phones in the specific price segment. Other phones had a little bits of goodies but I knew one thing from the start that Samsung's software has mo competition in the android space atleast in the budget and mid ranges in Pakistan as Google Pixel is not really here. Now performance very good for the price, screen awesome I mean it is Samsung so but it is not Super Amoled so there is that but Design feels premium(ish) and camera is just OK so overall a very decent smartphone. I am very impressed. Samsung is now really competing here.

I got this phone as a gift a few weeks back and u honestly don't get the hate, it's pretty, feels nice to hold and has quite the features for such a low price range, sure it lags a little when high performance games run but it doesn't crash and runs them, only issue i had is the lack of screen recording capability, but that got fixed by an external app lol, not to mention there's no other lag besides that, the refresh rate causes only a 1 to 2 second lag and only when too many tabs are opened, besides that this phone is actually pretty good.

My phone has multiple issues: the keyboard glitches frequently, and during charging it starts auto-typing. While listening to voice notes, playback stops abruptly and the screen turns black. Notifications for calls and messages are unreliable. I am dissatisfied with its performance, especially compared to my previous Samsung phone, which was far better.

Bought this phone 2 months ago. Issues I have faced are below. 1) Very bad display. Even A05 display is much better. When you put this phone in dark mode. Lines are seen in horizontal direction it's a display fault at Samsung end. PPI density should be improved. 2) When you are in dark area and you see flashlight will keep blinking ( very low light )

It's a great phone according to price remember I'm talking about 4/64 other are overpriced. You'll receive android updates security updates and in 21k it's worth it. You have to compromise on some points like display camera but it's a decent phone with a decent processor. I like it.

It is a good budget mobile but its camera is said to be 50 MP but in reality its camera is 12 MP and the camera result is not good either. And its refresh rate would be at least 90 Hz, it would be great

A Reasonable good product but the RAM Should be 6gb to 8 hb compatible to it's ROM. All the other features are well in this reason able price. The only issue is the RAM size.

Please add adapter with your phones. So difficult to find the best adapter that supports Samsung phones. I like Samsung, but only one thing missing, is the charger.
