I am so happy to bought Galaxy S21 FE 5G(SM-G990ELGGPKD)

I'm using this phone from almost 3 years now and I loved it.

Title: Scammed by Samsung Pakistan Official Website – Refurbished Galaxy S21 FE Sold as Brand New I am writing this to share my shocking and disappointing experience with the official Samsung Pakistan website. I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S21 FE directly from the official online store, trusting that I would receive a brand-new, sealed product. Samsung advertised this phone as completely new, and I bought it specifically from their official website to avoid scams and ensure authenticity. However, just a few weeks after use, the back panel of the phone started to separate. I initially thought it was a rare fault, but what I discovered next shocked me: The glue had completely melted, and the entire back of the phone came off. Inside the phone, I saw something handwritten in blue marker – it looked like the letter “R”, written by hand. This clearly indicates that the phone was refurbished, not new as they claimed. The camera ring fell off, and the phone powered off and wouldn't turn on again. I was forced to get the phone repaired at my own expense, even though I had bought it directly from Samsung’s official platform. Samsung sold me a refurbished phone while claiming it was new. This is a clear act of deception and false advertising. I want to ask: If this is the build quality of a phone Samsung claims is new, what will happen after 1 or 2 years of usage? The phone started falling apart in a matter of weeks! This kind of experience is completely unacceptable from a brand like Samsung. I trusted the official website to deliver a genuine product, and instead I received a tampered, used, and poorly repaired phone with marker writing inside. I am sharing this to: Warn other customers not to blindly trust Samsung’s official website in Pakistan. Demand accountability from Samsung Pakistan for misleading practices. Call on authorities such as PTA and consumer protection bodies to take notice. I request Samsung to investigate this incident, explain how this could happen from their official channel, and ensure no other customer is scammed like this in the future. Selling a refurbished phone while claiming it is new is not just unethical – it’s fraudulent. I paid for new phone and i did not py for used or refurbished phone.
