What is Child Lock feature in Samsung Refrigerator?

If child lock function is on, any button key is not working so customer complains about display working problem.

If child lock function is off, setting temperature can be changed by customer child but customer complain about product itself
[Solution]
The Child Lock function prevents accidental setting changes on the refrigerator's control panel. To use the Child Lock function, press Child Lock button for 3 seconds.
When the Child Lock function is engaged, the following buttons will NOT work:
• Power Freeze
• Freezer
• Ice Type
• Power Cool
• Fridge
• Lighting
Also, the Water and Ice dispenser will NOT work when the Child Lock function is engaged on 2008 models and newer.
To cancel the Child Lock function, press and hold the Lighting button for 3 seconds.
