Terms and Conditions

1. These Terms and Conditions govern the offer whereby a limited number of eligible owners of Samsung Galaxy products (the “Customer(s)”) may, in the discretion of the relevant Authorised Warranty Services Provider (“AWSP”), receive a discount of up to 100% for the repair/screen replacement of the damaged display screen caused to the Eligible Product Model as defined below (within warranty) (hereinafter the “Samsung Care Pack Offer” or the “Offer”).

Eligibility of the Offer

2. The Offer is only applicable to certain Samsung Smartphones, as listed in term 7, Table 1 below, which were purchased through the Samsung E-Store operating in Pakistan (https://www.samsung.com/pk/offer/) (the “E-Store”) only (the “Eligible Product Model(s)”).
* Eligible product model purchased starting from 1st Nov 2023

3. The devices not bought from the E-Store and/or bought outside Pakistan and/or models not launched in Pakistan are not eligible for the Offer.

4. This Offer is only applicable for In-warranty Devices, i.e., the Devices whose warranty period has not yet expired and is available in Pakistan.

5. The Samsung Care Pack Offer is only valid for one-time repair/replacement within the one (1) year warranty period. Eligible Product Model(s) warranty period will be considered to commence from the date of its activation.

6. This offer is available only in cases of unintended shattered/damage screen/glass. This Offer does not apply to cases of liquid damage, burn-in damage, cosmetic damage or black glass damage. This Offer shall not apply to cases where cracked or shattered screen/glass is coupled with liquid or burn-in or cosmetic or a black screen/glass damage.

7. The devices (or a part of such devices), as and when available at the E-Store, which are eligible for the Samsung Care Pack Offer.

Provision of Services

1. The Samsung Care Pack Offer shall be provided in the following manner:

(a) The Customer shall take the Eligible Product Model(s) to one of the AWSP appointed by Samsung Gulf FZE ("Samsung”) in Pakistan. The Customer(s) shall present proof of purchase, i.e., Samsung e-Store invoice. Thereafter, the AWSP will confirm whether the Eligible Product Model(s) is within the warranty period and is otherwise eligible for the Offer.

(b) All parts that are replaced by the AWSP shall be retained by the AWSP and the Customer(s) shall have no claim over them. The repair of the Eligible Product Model(s) submitted may be delayed depending on the availability of the spare parts.

(c) Before submitting the Eligible Product Model(s) for repair, the Customer(s) shall ensure to clear and back up any personal data and to remove any SIM card or memory cards from the Eligible Product Model(s). Samsung or the AWSP shall not be liable for loss of any content, data or any other information contained in the Eligible Product Model(s).

(d) Samsung or the AWSP(s) providing the services under the Samsung Care Pack Offer shall not be liable to the Customer(s) for any loss and/or damages of any kind suffered in connection with the Offer.

(e) The AWSP shall have complete discretion in deciding as the sole judge whether any damage to the display screen of the Eligible Product Model(s) qualifies for the Offer or not; and the Customer(s) cannot challenge such determination.

2. Samsung shall be entitled at its sole discretion and subject to any applicable law, to terminate or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The making of this Samsung Service Pack Offer is not any admission of any liability. Customers(s) accepting or availing this Samsung Service Pack Offer shall have no other claim or remedy in respect of the Eligible Product Model(s) to the extent of the problems in display screen, if any and any such claim will be deemed to have been waived.

3. By participating in this Offer, the Customer(s) accepts that any dispute of whatever nature which is directly or indirectly related to these Terms and Conditions or to his or her participation in this Samsung Service Pack Offer will be raised only between the Customer(s) and the AWSP and Samsung shall not be liable whatsoever to the Customer(s) for any loss and/or damages of any kind suffered in connection with these Terms and Conditions.

4. Any dispute of whatever nature, which is directly or indirectly related to these Terms and Conditions or to the customer participation in the Offer, shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and shall be resolved by the competent courts at Lahore.
