Terms and Conditions
1. The Samsung “Recycle Counterfeit/Broken Charger Offer” (the “Offer”) is offered to a limited number of eligible persons participating in the Offer (“Customer(s)”) who deposit their counterfeit/broken charger’s (including counterfeit chargers) with Samsung Gulf Electronics FZE’s (“Samsung”) Authorized Warranty Service Providers (“AWSP”) (independent from Samsung) for the purposes of recycling.
2. For the purposes of this Offer a counterfeit/broken Charger (the “Charger”) shall mean a mobile charging adapter/device which, at the sole discretion of AWSP, is determined to be recyclable and:
a) is manufactured by Samsung but is no longer in working condition, including but not limited to chargers that are physically damaged, have exposed wiring, or are non-functional due to internal electrical failure; or
b) purports to be a Samsung charger but is in fact counterfeit, i.e., not originally manufactured or authorized by Samsung, and does not meet Samsung’s quality, safety, or performance standards.
3. All Chargers submitted under this Offer shall be subject to technical evaluation by the AWSP to determine whether, in the sole discretion of AWSP/Samsung, they qualify as a Counterfeit/Broken Charger.
4. The Offer is valid from [05 April 2026] to [30 December 2026], (the “Offer Period”). The Offer Period may be extended, reduced or modified by Samsung in its absolute discretion.
5. A Customer shall be able to participate in the Offer by (i) completing in its entirety the recycling program request form electronically (the “Form”) to be made available at the AWSP through the use of a QR Code as detailed below, (ii) by presenting a valid identification document issued by a competent authority and (iii) by submitting a Charger with the AWSP for the purposes of recycling. No participation in the Offer is permissible without filling the Form and presenting valid identification.
6. To participate in the Offer, the Customer must visit the AWSP and hand over their Charger for technical evaluation. The technical evaluation of the Charger shall be at the sole discretion of AWSP, and the determination of whether the Charger qualifies for the Offer shall be final, binding, and not subject to any review, appeal, or challenge. Samsung and AWSP accept no obligation to justify or explain the basis of the decision and shall not entertain any claims, objections, or demands arising therefrom.
7. If the Charger passes the technical evaluation, the AWSP will then provide the Customer with a One Time Password (“OTP”). The Customer must then deposit their Charger in the recycle box available at the AWSP’s store and scan the QR code displayed on the box with their mobile device. The QR code is linked to the electronic Form, which the Customer is required to complete in its entirety. The OTP needs to be mentioned in the Form for a valid submission.
8. The Customer must include the details of the charger, their correct email address and the OTP on the Form including any unique identification code printed on the Charger. The Customer must also state, whether the Charger is faulty and/or counterfeit, along with a brief description of the nature of the fault or the reasons why the Charger is believed to be counterfeit. The information will be verified by the AWSP. The AWSP reserves the sole and absolute discretion to accept or reject any Charger under the Offer or any Form, and no correspondence or claim shall be entertained in this regard. In such a case, the charger will be returned to them there and then on as-is-where-is basis. Samsung/AWSP’s determination in that regard shall be final.
9. The Customer must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract and be of the majority age under the applicable laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
10. The Customer upon his/her submission of a Charger and a valid Form within the Offer Period, after an approved technical evaluation of the Charger, may, in the sole and absolute discretion of Samsung, receive an e-voucher instantaneously through an email sent to their email address as provided on the Form, to receive a discount of up to 30% on the purchase of a new original Samsung charger from the E-store (the “Voucher”) that can be redeemed on the Samsung e-store in Pakistan (https://shop.samsung.com/pk) (the “E-Store”).
11. The Voucher will only be applicable on the purchase of a new Samsung charger from the E-store. If the Customer has any product other than a charger in his cart, the Voucher will only be applicable on the value of the charger and not any other product.
12. Each Customer is only entitled to one (01) Voucher during the Offer Period. The submission of multiple Chargers will not entitle a Customer to more Vouchers under this Offer. A Customer cannot avail this Offer for more than one Charger. Only one Voucher can be used for the purchase of a new charger; two or more vouchers cannot be clubbed or used together for making one purchase.
13. The Customer will receive details of the Voucher through the number/email given in the Form.
14. If the Customer’s Charger fails the technical evaluation, or if the submission of a completed Form fails (for whatever reason), the Charger will be returned to them there and then. Samsung/AWSP’s determination in that regard shall be final. In such a case, the Charger will be returned to the Customer on as-is-where-is basis. The Customer undertakes to hold Samsung and the AWSP harmless against any claims arising from or connected with the retention and evaluation of the Charger.
15. The Voucher can be redeemed only once and will only be valid for 1 month from the date of issue. If the Voucher code is not used within the said time, the Voucher will expire, and no claims shall be entertained in this regard.
16. In order to avail the discount offered through the Voucher, the Customer must apply the Voucher code at the time of Checkout when purchasing their new charger.
17. If the Voucher code is not applied at the time of Checkout, the discount will not be provided, and no claims shall be entertained in this regard.
18. The Customer may request the AWSP/Samsung to return the Charger any time before he electronically submits the Form. AWSP/Samsung, at its absolute discretion, may accept the Customer’s request. Where AWSP/Samsung refuses to return the Charger, the Customer acknowledges and accepts that the issuance of a Voucher amounts to adequate consideration for the submitted Charger.

General Terms
20. No Voucher can be claimed under the Offer by a Customer in cases of an incomplete, returned or cancelled Form, neither can a Voucher be claimed by a Customer if he/she does not submit a Charger(s).
21. The Offer is provided gratuitously, without any additional/separate consideration and is in the complete discretion of Samsung. Filling out a Form and submitting a Charger does not entitle the Customer to a Voucher. A Voucher may only be given to a Customer upon acceptance of his/her Form by the AWSP and the successful verification of his submission.
22. The Voucher issued under this Offer may not be redeemed nor exchangeable for cash or other Samsung products and can only be used on the E-Store.
23. This Voucher may be combined/utilized along with any other offers, or clubbed with any other discounts being offered for the time being on the E-store.
24. Samsung shall be entitled at its sole discretion, to terminate or modify the Offer or to modify, vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions at any time prior or during the continuance of this Offer.
25. Samsung shall not be liable to the Customer for any loss and /or damages of any kind suffered in connection with the Offer.
26. By participating in this Offer, the Customer accepts that any dispute of whatever nature, which is directly or indirectly related to these Terms and Conditions or to the Customer, shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and shall be resolved by the competent courts at Lahore and the Customer’s remedy shall only be against the relevant AWSP of Samsung products in Pakistan and not against Samsung or any of its affiliated entities, as warranty services of Samsung products in Pakistan is exclusively carried out by such AWSPs and not by Samsung itself.
27. The Terms and Conditions of the E-store, as available at https://www.samsung.com/pk/terms-and-conditions, shall apply in addition to these terms.
