3. Instant discount will be applied on cart

5. Designated person will visit your location for verification and new product delivery

Customer can bring the device(s) to Trade-in Outlets to confirm the eligibility of the device(s) for Trade-In. The Store manager will evaluate the phone and quote the Trade-in value.or select Trade-in Option on Samsung.com, fill the survey and you will get instant evaluation

On Samsung.com you can choose any Smartphone, however on retail stores you can Trade-In for S25 and S26 Series.

On Samsung Pakistan Estore, pick your new phone, select Trade-in, and answer a short survey about the make, model, and condition of your current device. The valuation is applied to your cart as an instant discount, and you complete the order as usual. A representative from Regen, an independent third party partner, then visits your address to check the old phone and hand over the new one.

If anything differs from your description, the valuation is adjusted, and you may be asked to repay part of the discount.
