    This is my 7th or 8th galaxy phone and although it takes amazing concert video in pro mode, it absolutely ruins the audio with its 'alelways on' AI audio eraser. Recording lack any bass or highs and all of the voices and midrange musicsounds are all that's really left. I'm forced to go back and use AI in the gallery to reprocess the video to turn the 'missing' music back up and even then it's still not right.     It's a great phone super nice but I really wish they would offer thier high end phone with a more durable option... like no s pen so it could be more water an dust proof for the people that work in a more out of the box environment an more prone to dropping while in the field. I crawl around under houses in rafters, I get dirty but enjoy my phone an its camera quality but they could offer a more work force vs business version of the ultra.

    It is 5 out of 5 amazing work samsung The ai feauture and the camera quality is excellent and i would like to give it a 5 star but the battery should have been a powerful one as compare to price keep it up

    The camera is awsome. Great features, clear photos and good zoom. The display is big and has vivid colors. Love the new privacy feature and it out performs all the other phones I have!

    Worst purchase I have ever made. The phone is obviously defective. If they were all like mine, there would only be one star reviews. The problem is Samsung absolute refuses to replace the faulty product. I have spent hours on the phone with tech support for over 20 days since buying this phone. I still can't get reliable wifi and Bluetooth connections. Samsung warranty is a joke. If they allow this to go up. I'll be amazed.

    I love this phone. The look is sleek but the features like the new privacy display is unbelievable. The camera is rock steady now, taking some pretty perfect photos especially in low light. Battery lasts all day and then some even though I work on my phone. I have dropped it once and had no effect on how it works. This phone is a power house. I miss the old Notes but this is a good replacement. It has surprised me way more than I expected it to.

    Before making the leap to trade in my Note 20 Ultra, here’s the dilemma I wrestled with: saying goodbye to Samsung Messages.     This phone is awesome, great camera since I came from s24 ultra, great upgrade. The display is super, I've had some so my of those phone from first note until this one. The battery is awesome and fast charging makes it even better. Performance is on point. The only issue I have witu this phone is when I put it on a flat surface and it keeps bouncing due to the raised camera on the right upper top corner. It can't never stay steady on a flat surface.
