How To delete Your Account from PENUP App

PENUP is a community where you can create, upload and share info with other users. If you want to stop being part of it
Note: You must send a request from a Samsung Member in order to delete your account from the PENUP app.
How to request support?

Click on URL or visit Support page

From samsung.com/ae footer click Your Service.

Click Sign in and login with your Samsung account

Click on App inquiry

Write the necessary information

Ensure that you have entered the correct information
- Return E-mail: This is the email address the will receive the answer
- Model code of your device.
- Inquiry type: Select General only.
- Subject: Removing Account from PENUP App
- Details: Enter details of your Request.
Note : If you are able to log in with your Samsung account, the system will not ask for the return e-mail

Click the Submit button and wait for the response of Content and Services Customer Support.
