How to adjust the BESPOKE fridge's door height

Last Update date : 2023-04-02

Is one of the doors on your 4-Door BESPOKE fridge hanging a little low? Adjusting the leveling legs and the height of the doors will solve this problem, so everything will look nice and even. You won't need an installer to complete the project; all you'll need is a flat-head screwdriver and some snap rings.

Follow the below steps:

If you find that the upper left and right doors of the fridge are not aligned after leveling it, you don't need to adjust the whole fridge again. Instead, you can just adjust one or both of the upper doors until they align properly.

1 To do this, start by opening the right-side door of the freezer, while keeping the other freezer door and both fridge doors closed. Look for the height lever located at the bottom of the right-side door.
  • Note: It's recommended to keep items in the door bins during the alignment process to avoid affecting the doors' alignment later on. While adjusting, you can lift the fridge door slightly to make the alignment process easier.
2 If the doors are still not aligned after adjusting the height lever, you can use the snap rings. There are four different sizes of snap rings available, ranging from 1 mm to 2.5 mm. Check the height difference between the doors and choose the snap ring that will correct the height difference.
3 Insert only one snap ring per door between the door grommet. If necessary, repeat these steps to adjust the height of the other top-side door. Be careful not to insert more than one snap ring, as it may cause the rings to slip out or make a rubbing noise.
1 First, make sure your refrigerator is level. Check out the video provided in the first section for more information on how to do this.
2 Next, open the door that you want to adjust and lift it slightly.
3 Look for the height lever located at the bottom of the door. It will have a grommet that can be moved inward or outward to adjust the door height.
4 To adjust the door's height, turn the grommet in the desired direction. If you need to increase the door's height, turn the grommet outward. To decrease the door's height, turn the grommet inward.
5 Once you have made the necessary adjustments to the first door, repeat the same steps for the other bottom door, if needed.

By following these steps, you should be able to adjust the height of the bottom freezer doors on your refrigerator and ensure that they appear even.
