How to fix the washing machine with 9C1/UC Error?

9C1 or UC Error is related to the excessive fluctuation of the power supply voltage.

You may do the following to check and fix the issue:

Switch off the washing machine and unplug the power cable from the power source and power it on again and start a new washing program again.

After powering on again the washing machine and the error does not appear, please observe as it may be a temporary issue.

If still the same, you may get a power source for your washing machine from another power outlet.

However; if the above will not be helpful, then there will be a need for a service visit by a Samsung Service engineer to check the washing machine.
