Samsung Gas cooker not heating or not cooking well

Last Update date : 2023-03-01

Whether your oven is too hot, not hot enough, takes too long to get hot, or doesn't get hot at all, it can cause a lot of issues. For example, food may not cook well, or it may take a long time for the oven to reach the set temperature. Luckily, there are some simple things you can do to try to fix it. Many heating issues are related to the voltage. You'll also want to make sure you're not opening the door too often or leaving it open for too long. We'll let you know the steps you should take before requesting service.

Check the below steps to find out the Reason behind heating issue :

1 Make sure the door hasn't been left open.
2 Oven controls not correctly adjusted.
3 Check your Fuse tripped or circuit breaker is turned off

Replace the fuse or reset the circuit breaker. If this is repeating frequently, call an electrician.

1 Use the recommended rack position and cookware.

Your user manual contains recommendations for which oven rack position to use, as well as cookware recommendations. For instance, dark pans absorb and retain more heat than light pans and are more likely to burn around the edges.

2 Ensure proper airflow.

Proper airflow will allow heat to reach all sides of the food. There should be at least 1 inch of space around each item in the oven. This is especially true for convection cooking.

Note: Do not open the oven's door frequently, if the food you are cooking does not require turning.
