What to do if the washing machine stops while washing?

The washing machine stops at the wash cycle and has two different steps to identify the faults

  1. If the washer stopped while filling water.

  2. If the washing machine stopped spinning.

1 Check if there is any error message on the display

2 Verify the water supply valves are completely open and the pressure is good.

3 Make sure the mesh filter at the back is Clean.
1 Open the draining filter to remove the water from the washing machine.

2 Remove the drain filter and wash it by toothbrush under water to clean from any precipitates

3 Run the washing machine on Rinse + Spin without cloth.
