Why My Samsung washing machine does not dispense softener ?

It's normal from time to time that the softener doesn't dispense and mybe it's stuck in the drawer so don't worry, here are some useful tips that help to solve this issue
Check if the Dispenser is work or not

Fill the Fabric Softner just below the MAX line.

Select "Rinse" and Press the Start button

When completed , Check if the Fabric softner has properly dispensed .
Cleaning the Drawer

Remove the dispenser, by pressing the release lever and rinse leftover detergent that could clog the Flow of water through the dispenser (use a soft brush )

Carefully Spray the area with water while using Soft brush to remove dirt.

Rinse the Drawer with water.
Note :
- Clogged dispenser can block the Flow the Water through the dispenser.
