How can I use the Smart Tutor app to get support for my device?

Smart Tutor is a mobile app that provides support for Samsung devices. It allows you to troubleshoot issues, receive software updates, and get personalized recommendations for optimizing device performance. To use the app, simply download it from the App Store or Google Play Store and launch it on your Samsung device. You can then browse available resources or use the search function to find specific information, and connect with a Samsung support representative if needed.

Follow the below steps:

1 Launch the Samsung Members app on your phone.
2 Click on the Get help button on the bottom.
3 Scroll down to click Remote Service.
4 Download Smart Tutor from here.
5 After going into Smart tutor, the guiding message appears, tap OK to allow remote access.
6 Once you allow permissions required for app use, select the country you're in and agree on the terms and conditions.
7 You'll be directed to contact Samsung Customer Support.
8 When you're connected, enter in a 6-digit PIN provided on request by a Samsung Technical Agent.
