The call forwarding feature is used to transfer calls to another number when the phone is busy, unanswered, or unreachable.

Follow these steps to enable or disable call forwarding on Samsung Galaxy smartphones:

1 Go the phone app.
2 Press three dots.
3 Tap settings then tap supplementary service.
4 Tap call forwarding from SIM1 or SIM2.
5 Tap voice calls.

Choose when to forward a call from any of these options:

  • Always forward.
  • Forward when busy.
  • Forward when unreachable.
  • Forward when unanswered.
6 Enter a number or choose one from the contacts list, and then click enable.
7 To disable tap "forward when busy" tap disable.
