How to use the Focus mode feature in Android Q with One UI 2.0?

Focus Mode Allowed You To Select The Apps That Usually Cause Distraction, And Pauses Them For The Entire Duration The Mode Is Active.

Scroll Down

Tap Digital Wellbeing & Parental Controls

Scroll To Find The Focus Mode

Choose Between The Modes Game Time, Work Time Or My Time

Then Press Add To Choose Apps That You Want To Use While Focus Mode Is On

If You Choosed Work Mode You Might Need Calculator, Calendar, Email Or Files

Review The Apps Added & Start

Now All The Apps Will Be Disabled Temporary Except The Selected Ones

To Close The Focus Mode Drag Down The Notification Bar

Then Disable The Focus Mode
