1 Check that the HDMI cable is firmly connected to the HDMI (ARC/eARC) dedicated ports on both the TV and soundbar.
2 Make sure that both the TV and soundbar are powered on.
3 Press the Source button on the soundbar's remote control to select the D.IN mode.

If you select D.IN mode, the soundbar will automatically set the source to TV ARC or TV eARC after a few seconds.

Notes:

  • On 2024 and later models, you will need to select the ARC or eARC source.
  • Depending on the model, you can also change the source using the soundbar's Multi Function button or Source button.
4 Verify Anynet+ (HDMI CEC) is turned on.

If you still do not hear any sound after connecting using eARC, you will need to check the HDMI-eARC Mode setting.

Navigate to All Settings, and then select Sound. Select Expert Settings.

Select HDMI-eARC Mode, and then select Auto. Next, select Digital Output Audio Format, and then select Auto.
