TV split in dark color and the other half is litter

1 First step is to reset your TV by following the steps indicated in How to reset my Samsung TV.
2 Reconfirm issue is resolved by selecting “Settings” menu > Select >“Support” menu.
3 Select “Device Care”.
4 Select “Self Diagnosis” & then Select “Picture test”.
5 To begin the picture test, select “OK” on the remote.
6 Follow the on-screen instructions.
7 If the screen is still defective during the picture test, then contact our support team.
