The SAMSUNG LCD Business has defined four perpetual action items to help in defining and achieving the company's quality assurance mission.

  • To put ourselves in the customer's position when making decisions
  • To ferret out a problem from its roots
  • To apply Six-Sigma methodology to process improvement at every step

To fully harness the many advantages of localization and coordinated logistics, the Samsung LCD Business has expanded after-sales service centers abroad. In the U.S., Europe, and Asia, Samsung LCD operates quality assurance facilities in the service centers.

Each service center serves a local market, as well as an entire region with the most advanced facilities and highly experienced technicians. The Samsung electronics LCD business is committed to providing the leading edge in after-sales services to our customers.
