Your Development

Here at Samsung…development of our hottest assets, our People, is massively important to us. We’ll offer you the opportunity to learn every day and at every turn, and we’re so proud of our rich learning culture.

As one of our Graduate Team Members you’ll benefit from attending an unrivalled two year formal learning programme.  The programme will help you navigate the early years of your career with us, and will support you in your transition from student to professional.  Our approach to learning at Samsung extends far beyond the formal programme though, as we believe that your learning experiences here are ‘always-on’….you’ll find yourself fully supported along the way by our Talent & Development Team, your leaders and all the amazing people in our company.

Your programme starts on your first day, where you’ll learn more about our brilliant brand and our cultural heritage in your ‘Welcome to Samsung’ on boarding week.  We’ll also share all the details of your two year programme, and our expectations of you, so you get to know what’s in store along the way.  We’ll also check in with you regularly during this period, to make sure that you’re getting what you need from us.

In return, we ask that you look to continuously challenge yourself and look to learn and grow.  We expect you to take an agile approach to your learning experience – looking to stretch yourself, proactively seek opportunities and take on the feedback you receive along the way.  So, if you’re up for the challenge and are ready to embrace the many opportunities to develop and grow, both professionally and personally at our amazing company? Then you’re in the right place
