Cashback with Samsung Pay+

Curve Cash is found in the Curve app. The Curve Cash card is where you’ll find the total cashback points you’ve earned.
Use your cashback points within the Curve Cash card to make purchases where Mastercard® is accepted. To redeem points, select your Curve Cash Card in the app before you make your purchase. You will need to have enough points to cover your entire purchase.

When spending at your selected retailers, you'll instantly receive cashback points onto your Curve Cash card. Once you've accumulated points, you can use them to make purchases anywhere MasterCard® and Visa branded credit and debit cards are accepted. To use your points, select your Curve Cash Card as your active payment method in the Curve app before you make your purchase. Make sure that you have enough points to cover your entire purchase, otherwise it'll be declined.

The new Samsung Pay+ cashback programme is designed to help you save on your everyday spending. All the offers you receive are tailored to your spending history, so each customer enjoys a personalised experience and a unique set of promotions. Your cashback offers are regularly picked and refreshed, so there’s no chance you’ll be stuck with offers from the same retailers. Also, there’s no limit to the active promotions you can have on your account at the same time. To activate offers and access your cashback you must download the Curve app.

All Samsung Pay+ customers are eligible for cashback once they have made three purchases with their Samsung Pay+ card. To activate offers and access your cashback you must download the Curve app.

1. Download or update your Curve app.

2. Open the “Rewards” tab, agree to the rewards Ts&Cs, choose and activate your offers.

3. Spend with your Samsung Pay+ card to get the cashback if the purchase is eligible for it.

2. Each offer has to be activated in the “Rewards” tab in your Curve app first.

3. The conditions of the activated offer have to be fulfilled for you to receive the cashback reward. You can find that information on the screen you see before activating a given offer.

4. After you have made a purchase at the relevant merchant, it will take a few days to validate your cashback. Once this is done, the reward will show as pending.

5. Pending rewards will be paid out directly to your Curve Cash card within 21 days.

We make sure you’re getting the discounts applied and your cashback paid out on time, but please contact Curve if you didn’t receive your cashback within 21 days of it being confirmed. To activate offers and access your cashback you must download the Curve app.

If you’re a new Samsung Pay+ customer who signed up on or before 17.07.2021 you’re eligible to benefit both from the Rewards Programme and the 1% Curve Cash Programme lasting 30 days. This means that if you've selected Amazon as one of your 1% Curve Cash retailers, and you have activated a 10% cashback offer from Amazon, you will earn a total of 11% cashback.

If you’re a new Samsung Pay+ customer who signed up after 17.07.2021 you can still earn 1–20% cashback from the Rewards Programme, but you won’t be eligible for the 1% Curve Cash Programme.

To activate offers and access your cashback you must download the Curve app.

Your cashback should be automatically credited to your Curve Cash card within the Curve app. Once it’s paid, you’ll see it on your Curve Cash card timeline in the “Wallet” tab.

Once you’ve made a qualifying purchase, it can take a few days to confirm. Once confirmed, it will appear in your “Pending Rewards” section within the Curve app. Pending rewards are then paid out to your Curve Cash card within 21 days.
