    It says that it doesn't support 4K (2160p), but what other formats are supported? 720p, 1080i, 1080p?

    I was wondering if you could tell me if Amazon Prime Instant Video will work on this player (in UK) - I noticed it is among the apps available but amazon does not list this player as one of the supported models

    Hi, Have you tried resetting your Blue-ray Player? You can do this by; Pressingand holding the stop button for 10 seconds. Hope this helps.

    Hi Kelly, Both players and discs are coded by region. These regional codes must match for a disc to play. If the codes do not match, the disc will not play. The Region Number for this player is displayed on the rear panel of the player.     Hi Julie, I'm afraid that the Samsung wireless adapter is not compatiable with the BD- H5500. However there are other ways of boosting your signal strength, You can purchase power line adapters from most major retailers. Hope this helps.
