    How to set up the Knowhow cloud service (UK only)
    1. Please upgrade the lastest firmware to camera of old version firmware. (version 1208074 of later)
    2. Copy the Script file(model name_adj.txt) into SD card and insert it.
    3. Turn on the power then the Knowhow cloud service will be setting into DSC, automatically.
    4. Delete the script files in the SD card after completion of setting

    I have recently purchased a Samsung WB150F camera and downloaded your Mobile link Ap as instructed. I am disappointed to find the Ap is in Korean only, and not only that, but it doesn't seem to work either! When does Samsung intend to release an updated Ap?

    Hi, I received my new Samsung WB150F camera today and I've been trying to upload a picture to Facebook from it. I've tried logging in with my usual email address and password. I keep getting the error message "the ID or PW does not match." I know my login details are 100% correct and I'm logged in to my wifi at home so I'm unsure as to what the problem is or whether there's something I'm missing? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Lindsey

    Hi, We recommend that you remove the battery and SD card, press and hold the Shutter button for 15 seconds, insert the battery and power the camera on. The press Menu > Settings > Reset. If issue still persists the check the firmware is up to date. To update the firmware, go to www.samsung.com/uk, press 'Support', type in the full model code of the camera, select 'Firmware', download firmware onto PC/laptop and extract, transfer files onto SD card then insert back into camera. Thanks.

    Hi, it is not recommended to factory reset the camera, therefore I would advise that an engineer should do this. You can find our repair centres at the link attached http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/servicelocation/. The required shutter speeds for this camera can be altered in the manual mode. • Auto: 1/8-1/2,000 sec. • Program: 1-1/2,000 sec. • Manual: 16-1/2,000 sec. • Night: 8-1/2,000 sec.     Hi Martin, Samsung’s WB150F comes packaged with an SLB-10A lithium-ion battery, wrist strap, AC adapter, and a 20-inch USB cable that terminates in a proprietary connector. Samsung Intelli-studio is also includes on a CD. Thanks,

    How can you un-mute videos taken on this camera? I accidentally recorded all videos in the mute mode, and I was just wondering if there was anyway I would be able to un mute them. Thank you in advance.

    Hi Isabelle, I'm afraid that there is no function to do this. As you recorded the videos in mute mode there is no sound for the camera to play back. Hope this helps.
