    Unfortunately there is no time lapse function on this model. Some of the NX range of camera are able to utilise this function, their details can be found at http://www.samsung.com/uk/consumer/smart-camera-camcorder/smart-nx/

    I have reset the settings on my camera and re-downloaded i-launcher as a precaution. All appears ok, camera connected to computer, download initiated and instructions are followed of rotating zoom button to left and holding and pressing playback to display update prompt. However, the screen does not display update.

    Ensure you have a fully charged battery before proceeding and connect your camera to your computer by USB cable. Once the download has completed from Intelli-Studio -> disconnect the USB from your camera -> power Off -> Hold the 'ZOOM' lever to the left (Wide) and press and hold the 'PLAYBACK' button for 1 second -> Firmware update window will appear -> press the 'SHUTTER' button to begin.

    wi-fi uploads not going to the correct sites. Also when connected to pc with cable all i see is the firmware updater which even though i have completed the update it says it is out of date. There is not Auto backup which i have become accustom too with my wb850f and others,

    Hi Andy, Please check out this link to the user manual for a guide on how to update the firmware of the camera (page 142) http://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/201404/20140409123830104/WB2200F_UM_English.pdf If this does not work, you could try resetting the camera? You can do this in the Settings Menu by pressing reset. If you are still having difficulties with the camera, you may wish to visit one of our face to face service centres http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/servicelocation/. Hope this helps.
