The ringtone and alarm sound does not come out from the upper speaker. Is my device faulty?

The upper speaker is the part that touches your ears when you pick up the phone. If the speaker volume is delivered to the ear directly, it may cause auditory shock and affect hearing. In order to protect your hearing, ring tones and alarm sounds are implemented in stereo only when the product is placed on a flat surface.
