Initiating its operations in 2006, Vijay Kiran Group of Institutions consists of the VijayKiran Educational Trust and the Hayagriva Educational Trust. The trusts respectively run National Centre for Excellence and Hayagriva Schools. VK Academy of Education Pvt. Ltd. is the resource provider for the Vijay Kiran Group.

• VijayKiran Educational Trust was looking for a competitive digital partner to help them take their classes online by providing a better utility to their teachers
• Installation and updation of Unified Education Management platform and other third-party apps from a remote location was a challenge for the educational trust
• Teachers had to prepare their teaching material on a piece of paper and then copy it to the tablet for online class, and there was no way to annotate or draw on the tablet while teaching students online

• Galaxy Tab S6 Lite was given to all teachers to conduct online classes during the pandemic
• Knox Configure was used to download and upload apps and content right from the time these tablets were turned on for the first time
• Using S Pen, teachers could write and annotate on the screen while using third-party apps
• Teachers could also prepare their teaching material directly on to the tablet using the S Pen

• All teachers used a uniform infrastructure instead of using personal devices, which resulted in better collaboration among teachers, management, and studentsbetter collaboration with teachers, management, and students
• Thus, Knox Configure ensured that all tablets could be updated remotely, and all teachers used the latest version of the apps
• Annotations through S Pen made it easy for teachers to explain complicated concepts - like they used to do on the blackboard in the classroom
• S Pen also helped teachers to move from pen and paper environment to a completely digital environment while preparing their teaching material
