I am so happy with it it is very fast ... the camera very clear
I recommended this product.
The colors in this phone changed all the reds and-or pinks changed to browns and it looks like it is a defect on the phone. Everything looks horrible

Worst phone waste of money so many defects and value less phone don't buy. And i am going to make a consumer court if my 24 ultra not returned and if money not refund by samsung.. 1. Worst camera quality post processing images are like fully oil painted looks like. 2. Front camera performance worst 5k phone even easily beat this worst. 3. Portrait fails to focus and take out of focus images with blury. 4. Real camera quality is so disgusting which add strange like colours with blackish and oily painted. 5. Battery quality so poor battery drain very fast even i have put on charge for 2 3 time in a new phone so worst. 6. Speaker quality below average no loudness just average 7. While charging there is heating issue 8. Very poor low light front camera and even good light fails to capture detail. Don't waste money on it just ai marketing which will be chargeable in 2025 as well and those ai function hardly someone will use . First make good quality camera then ai will come into action. And i am issuing a warning to samsung fix it quickly or else i will go to consumer court for fake marketing and worst quality product.
I bought this product twice, as a preorder and as it is fantastic I bought another one for my wife. Best smartphone ever
I recommended this product.
First of all I have always uses Samsung phones after Nokia. My last use was S22 Ultra, nice phone. S24 Ultra is basically a joke and now Samsung is trying to fool around their loyal customers. 200MP camera doesn't work more than 1X Zoom. No fixed resolution to set and click a photo. The bluffed AI choose abnormal settings. It is strange to see a 50MP clicked picture size is 802KB where the same photo clicked in 12MP has a size of 1.6MB. All rubbish. When I have raised the issue with Samsung so called technical person locally in Kolkata he doesn't have any answer. What a fun after investing 1.4Lakhs for a phone which is now the biggest joke and question on my decision. Please never ever buy this kind of rubbish else only you will suffer not the Company Samsung who is taking their customers a disgusting joy ride....
I bought the S24 Ultra 8 months ago. After 10 days, I started noticing below issues along with the attachments of the proof. 1. Camera There is a significant glitch in the camera while shifting from one sensor to another. Please download the video from the link below, as the file size is too large to attach. I compared the issue with my friends' S23 and S24, and they do not have this problem. Video link: https://we.tl/t-f19JVHrMwh 2. Wi-Fi issue Whenever I am on Wi-Fi, I end up having slow Wi-Fi results—for example, see the X posts appearing on my timeline; they aren't loading properly, the banking app won't load, and many other apps won't function properly. The moment I switch to 5G, everything gets fine. My Wi-Fi speed is 200 Mbps plus, and I have Wi-Fi from both Jio and Airtel, but the issue persists. I have tried clearing network settings, but it only worked fine for a few hours/days, and then the problem returned. Please find the below screenshot. This issue is not only for the Twitter app; it is for all apps like Instagram, Ajio, Myntra, etc. Sometimes I don't even get notifications for Microsoft Teams when I'm on Wi-Fi. FYI, I'm a network engineer with 7+ years of experience, and I've tried all possible ways to resolve this issue, but with no luck. 3. Instagram I am noticing a hazard symbol on the Instagram highlights cover photo. I initially thought it was an issue with Instagram, but after logging into Instagram on the web, it works fine there. I also tested it on other Android devices and iPhones, where it works fine as well. The problem appears to be with the Samsung S24 Ultra. I have cleared the cache and reinstalled the app multiple times, but the issue persists. Please find below attachment. Above are the issues I’m currently facing with this mobile but, I seriously doubt if these were only the issues I had if I have the same mobile. I can say that I may get lot of issues in the continuous use of the same mobile. I was using OnePlus 9R for four years without a single issue, and it cost me only ₹35,000. I spent ₹1,15,000 on this S24 Ultra, and it’s been nothing but trouble. This is outrageous! Did you seriously release a phone with this many problems? Are you seriously suggesting I reset my brand-new phone to fix all these issues? I’ve visited the Samsung authorized service centre three times for every single issue. They’ve asked me to factory reset my phone and perform the manual upgrade, but I don’t want to factory reset or perform a manual upgrade as this is a new phone with a warranty period. If this were out of warranty or more than one or two years old, I would be okay with a manual upgrade. My friend has an S23 and an S24. I tested all these above-mentioned issues on their phones, but they don't have any issues. Now, I feel that my phone is a defective piece from the beginning. Even if I follow the steps suggested by the store, which are to do a manual upgrade and factory reset, I'll still feel that it's defective. I won't be able to convince myself that this is a brand-new phone that I spent so much money on and got a defective one. The reason I'm saying this is defective because I have checked various S24 phones from people who have owned them even before me, and they haven't faced any issues like the ones I'm facing with my phone right now. I hereby conclude that I have spent so much of my savings in this gadget and felt unsatisfied. I have all the reasons to claim either a new Mobile of S24 or the refund of my Money. I hope you do the right thing. In case of any details don’t hesitate to contact me.
I got it today in the mail and the AI doesn't work :(
I recommended this product.
With the latest Android, 15, update, the device became worse, in particular: - not easy to read the battery percentage on top right of home screen, I do not understand why they changed the graphics - to choose the apps now you have yo scroll up and down, I have using Samung Galaxy Note/Ultra mobiles and now I found more difficult to use - the quick access to the setting by scrolling down from top of the screen is now split in 2 parts, left and right, more difficult to use It was a perfect mobile and software, I don't understand these changes, at least they could have left the option to keep the software as it was
I just upgraded from a Galaxy S22 Ultra to the S24 Ultra and I am quite disappointed....the colors are dull and faded compared to my Galaxy S22 Ultra even on Vivid QHD. Plus I can't use my AOD at all when I'm in low light conditions, it's virtually unreadable!!!! There is no way to fix the problem or brighten the screen to be able to even see the AOD!!! Why do I have to download third party apps to fix the issues on all a brand new very expensive phone that should be an improvement on previous model phones. If I knew it was going to be a downgraded phone I would never have upgraded!!!
Samsung is the worst phone I tried to switch from mi to samsung starting with my dad's phone that went all good in the second attempt I bought a samsung A15 from their store and within 4days it's not working at all when I took the phone back to the store they refused to replace it saying it's a software issue which can not be replaced according to their company policy. So I have taken a wow to never ever use samsung because they sell refurbished phones with seals it's the worst 👎phone ever in my 17 year phone usages. I wish there was a minus rating please don't switch from any brand to samsung
I was super psyched about this coming out specifically for the camera as I am a photographer and thought whoa. That'd be awesome. Well after months using it I would literally return it if I could. AND would if it were an actual camera. The AI interference on simple areas of focus when using zoom completely ruin images. I'm truly baffled
Bought it back in january and cannot see anything being better than my s20. battery doesnt last long, pictures arent any better and when you touch the internet icon it collapses. really really disappointing. not worth money not better than my s20
Moisture detection fault constantly annoys me, wish I didn't get this phone will get rid of it soon ! Bad move bad design by Samsung !
The 1/5 star rating is because the phone only lasted 14 months before I had a major issue. The phone had no external damage, and was not dropped or anything. The phone went completely black one day (wasn't overheating, had a ~62% charge), and would not turn back on or charge. The Samsung Experience store reviewed and said the battery was probably dead. No store had a battery in stock to quickly fix it (called 5 different one's in my area), so now I'm waiting for at least a week for them to try to replace the battery and see if that resolves the issue. Compare that to my S10, which worked fine for 4-5 years. Quality just isn't the same, I guess.
I bought this 1 terabyte phone 10 months ago and still great
I recommended this product.
I have been so pleased with my S21 Ultra that I was really excited to upgrade to this phone and get a decent trade in for the old phone. Upon receipt, the phone looks beautiful, especially in titanium blue. They definitely spent the most time on the aesthetics of the build. Unfortunately, once I turned my phone on, I started to have a bad experience. If you have been following what users are experiencing, you are probably already aware of these issues. First - the colors of the new display are drastically different compared to the older phones. I understand that Samsung is trying to make their displays more color accurate and less saturated, but there was always the option to choose natural or vivid. I don't understand why they would change how the vivid mode works because the people who use that mode are looking for the punchy, saturated colors. The folks doing photo/video editing or online shopping for color specific things could always switch to natural mode for that specific task. They did push out an update recently that adds "Advanced settings" for the Vivid mode that includes a white balance adjuster as well as a "Vividness" slider. That helps somewhat and I'm sure they'll refine that over time as more and more people complain. Second - the images produced by this phone have a distinct "grainy" texture. It is caused by something called the "mura" effect where the oled pixels don't uniformly lower in brightness. This results in a low-contrast, irregular pattern or region that causes uneven screen uniformity. This is especially noticeable in white and gray content and makes the display look really bad. If you use dark mode, it's going to be even more noticeable with regular use. Samsung's official response to people who have reached out to complain was that this setup allows the phone to display very dark areas at the cost of the grainy look it creates. They recommend that you use the phone in light mode to minimize the effect... I don't know about most of you, but I almost exclusively use dark mode for all my devices, including my work computer. It saves battery and is easier on the eyes. Third - I guess tangentially related to the first item, they have changed the way they are displaying colors on the phone and have switched to displaying both SDR and HDR content with the sRGB color space. While this creates better color accuracy and is great for HDR content, it results in a banding effect on anything with a gradient in SDR content. I believe they were previously using DCI-P3 but are now using sRGB which has 26% less color space, resulting in that banding you see. More than 95% of the content we consume nowadays is SDR, so it doesn't make sense for them to force the sRGB protocol if it's going to reduce image quality and create noticeable banding in most of of the things we watch/look at. I still have my S21 Ultra that I was going to trade in for this phone but I wanted to test the two side by side for a few days. Doing so left me disappointed as I feel like I am getting a worse quality display than my 3 year old phone. I've been a loyal Samsung user since the S4 and never had any issues with any of the displays on previous phones. This is unacceptable for a flagship phone that is as expensive as this one. TLDR; I like the look of the phone and the flat screen. The Titanium Blue color with the darker frame looks really good in person. The phone feels quick and snappy and there are notable improvements in One UI if you still use that. The images taken from the cameras do look better on this phone compared to my S21U. The AI features are fun for like 5 minutes, haven't really used them since. If you try to remove a larger part of your image, the AI will fill it in with another random object that it thinks would look good there, producing some strange results. Circle to search is nice but that's not exclusive to this phone. There are lots of display issues with this phone and I don't think all of them can be fixed with software updates. Some people are reporting on these problems while others have not noticed. I don't know if that's because of different users' sensitivities to image quality or if there are bad batches of phones being sent out. Either way, I can't recommend this phone until they have addressed those issues. If you have a more recent ultra series phone (20,21,22,23), I would hold onto it as it's just not worth it. Once you notice the issues, you will start to hate your phone. I would wait until they sort these issues out with updates or recalls.
Voice to text iconic change is terrible. The icon used to be located in the row just above the keyboard. But now it moved to the lower left hand corner of the phone. Which is way more inconvenient. And it also does not work effectively. You have to press it exactly right. If you do it too long some weird new search option appears on the screen. If you do it too short the microphone doesn't work. Also when you finish doing a voice to text and send the text the microphone often pops right back up again and starts recording without you even realizing it. Never ever had this problem before with any previous version of Samsung Galaxy.
This phone has nothing special to offer. You can't even get your phone to put your pictures in any kind of order. I have owned samsung phones for I don't even know how many years and their product is starting to go downhill and this phone stinks. I had a Samsung Galaxy 23 and Samsung couldn't fix it. I'd only had it for 6 months. I got the 24 and it is terrible also.
After using and testing the phone for three days I can report that my prejudices stay intact, I will try to be as impartial as I can be and only talk about my own experience, in terms of pros and cons. Pros: 1. the phone is snappier than before, not by much, but still. 2. The speakers are louder, albeit with distortion. 3. The 10x zoom on camera is better, if anything, not worse than before, even though it's no longer optical but hybrid. Cons: 1: the fingerprint sensor is the same one they used in s21 ultra, it's terrible and still doesn't work most of the time. 2: the phone is just as heavy as before, even with a titanium frame. 3: battery life is worse. 4: the screen doesn't seem to be any brighter than it was in s23 ultra. 5: the 3-button gesture navigation is gone and has been replaced with either buttons or Google's terrible "swipe from any side to go back" with no option to go back to the old system. 6: charging times are as slow as they were before. 7: no QI2 support, s-pen and touchscreen don't function well when connected to a magnetic charging source. 8: NONE of the AI features work, at all, screen search is unavailable, "circle to search" doesn't work and is unavailable. 9: s-pen protrudes from the body of the phone and, without a case, comes out by itself. 10: the new screen attracts dust like a magnet, not sure why. 11: Space Zoom is now completely unusable, Super Slow Motion feature is just GONE... I used it to detect flutter in industrial fans and its... Gone. 12: none of the old cases fit because the form factor is different.
if you already have s23 ultra don't buy this product s24 ultra, this is nothing but old wine in new bottle.
This phone was not amazingly good from the beginning, but it was doing good enough. Good cameras etc. However, bear in mind that if you drop it from knee length, while it's in a protective case and has a tempered glass screen protector, it might still cause a dent in the screen and dead pixels. Which is what happened to me. In the first 3 months of use. Samsung told me that this costs £224 (or €265 or $287) to fix. Because it's not in the warranty. So, although Samsung boasts for the unscratchable, unbreakable screen, and although you can have it fully protected, it still will malfunction very easily by dropping it from knee length in the frist months of use. And you will have to pay extra to fix it, although it's an already overpriced product. If you own it already, sell it as fast as possible
This phone is a TRASH. IMO. I went from an A21, and there's barely a difference. The camera is better, but is inconvenient when setting it down on a surface. It's inner systems are TRASH. I work from my phone and the just general way the phone functions is absolutely ridiculous. This phone is what you'd expect from 10 years ago, not 2024. It's SO buggy. Texting, emailing, etc, is a nightmare. Auto correct is trash, as well as general functions related to this. If I wouldn't have gotten it for free, I'd 10000% be returning it. ALSO - SAMSUNG wouldn't let me post this review until jumping through hoops. Lol.
I purchased the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra almost a year ago when it was first released. Overall, I’ve enjoyed using the phone, but I recently encountered an issue with the S Pen. When I pressed to eject the S Pen to use it as usual, the lower part of the pen came out separately, detached from the rest of the pen, which seems to indicate it’s broken. This was unexpected, as I’ve always handled the phone and the pen carefully.
I'm using Samsung devices from note 9, but now when I'm S24 ultra, I can't even update my device (because it was bought in another country P.S. no one mentioned that there would be any difficulties P.S. on early models there weren't such issues) also different assistances only make life more difficult, than it is with such "unique" device. For example, I can't find my Samsung tag in "smartthings" after update, when I'm needed it the most. Also stupid Samsung keyboard is opening instead of my Gboard from time to time, so I have to open settings and change it from there 👍🏻. But the last drop was what I've mentioned above about software update issues. This phone just making my life harder rather than easier. If not the S-pen I wouldn't be even looking forward buying this phone. Worst experience ever with phones in my entire life. Even fake phones better that this.
I bought S24 Ultra a week ago and I have moisture alert problem from nowhere. It doesn't go away for 24 hours now. I've done everything possible to stop it. There is no moisture on the phone and in the port and it's never been in the water. I am highly disappointed with due point technology and this failure moister alerts coming from nowhere. I didn't expect this from samsung. Also, for a new phone it heats up too much. I am afraid it will go on fire. I have all generations of Galaxy Notes. I also have S21 ultra and S 22 which never let me down and are very strong and reliable mobile phones. They've been in sand and rain but never anything happened like this before. s24 Ultra costs a lot of money but you get very awful quality and no reliability. I give it 1 start for this moister alert failure, but 5 stars for the design and camera. Samsung must get rid of this technology.
I am a master student and this phone really changed my life to more productively and faster learning. It summarize all the websites that have alots of texts for faster reading and just circle any information on paper or board or anywhere no need to rewrite and search just take Pic and circle you will get results. As a student it helped me so much basically changed my life for better
I recommended this product.
I got Samsung s24 ultra 1TB in one word DISASTER!! This was the reson I didn't upgrade from Note 20 ultra The best Samsung galaxy phone ever! As a CON: My Samsung galaxy s24 ultra is sluggish, smaller than Note 20 Ultra, No memory card SD which I still miss , Camera disaster colour wash out, zooming still can be seen between the cameras, camera downgrade compared with s23u etc, I will come back with full details when I will get more time PRO The battery in S24U not too bad I still want more but its acceptable. Flat screen 👍 7 out of 10 for S24 Ultra And 9 out of 10 to Note 20 Ultra
Such a big disappointment with the S24 ultra- heating issues, camera zoom at 100 is awful, a real downgrade from the S23 ultra., AI features are not upto par, not a lighter phone even with the titanium frame.
I bought this phone 2 months ago. I like the feel and processing speed. However, i feel there is need to improve the resolution especially under vivid mode. I was using Samsung S22 Ultra and the screen display is awesome. There is need for an update to address this.
I am obsessed with playing games..performance, imaging and system are very good for me...but there are small drawbacks for the company but big problems for the user. For example, firstly, the phone is very heavy, especially if the phone is held from the bottom. You want 5 minutes of massage for your hand. Second: The phone has a very sharp angle, which is painful and annoying in everything, for example, playing, reading, and writing. Don't forget that it is heavy too. Third - I noticed that the phone is slow in charging the battery and I use 65 watts. It takes a full hour to complete. I had a 33w device that only lasted 45 minutes fully charged. Fourth - When I bought the Note 9 phone, I looked for the stylus, which was very precise in its disappearance. It was part of the framework. s24u. the phone. The pen appears outside the frame. It can prevent my nails from moving. The phone is kind of thick... ((I wish these problems didn't exist in the new phone *Don't lose confidence in you, Samsung)). That's it
I recommended this product.
After spending $2000+ it's doesn't support function to write NTFS format ssd.. ( transfer data from phone to ssd NTFS format).. But a $200 ZTE phone do all function without any 3rd party app.. Please support NTFS format write( data transfer) on future updates
Nice camera but so disappointed with samsung customer service, who insulted and offended me when asking for help to report faults and fraud. They choice to ingnore reduly and phone notifications still dosnt work. Worse phone issues iv ever had.
After almost 1 year I can honestly say that this phone is the worst phone I've ever owned. I got my first cell phone in 1991 and it was better than this phone. Don't waste your money. The best is can do is maybe mediocre at best.
I have had my Samsung S24 Ultra for almost a month. I upgraded from Samsung S21 Ultra. I am very disappointed in the following: - Larger and heavier causing hand issues. I have had trouble holding the phone. My hands are on the smaller side. I keep it in my back pocket and the size increase has made it not fit the back pocket of some Blue jeans. - Seems slower. - Picture quality terrible. Half the time it is not even in focus. Pictures are dull and not as sharp or bright. I take alot of pictures and I have been hesitant to even use it. I never know if the picture will come out. My S21 Ultra was sooo much better. The whole reason I bought this phone was for the camera. If you are upgrading think twice about it.
Today my phone did a software update for my s24 ultra and I must say the update was horrible. Why make changes to the app search bar, notification pull down at top of phone is different.
Very disappointing, especially given the high price. The Ultra 24 screen is so dark and colours are so dull that I thought my device was faulty - but when I spoke to Samsung they said this was an intentional change? Very limited customisation of things like notifications, always on display. Photo editor has very limited functionality, AI photo editing produces disappointing results. Typing is awkward and predictions are poor. No SD card slot. The only positive is a good camera but the pictures still look disappointing on the dull screen. Overall a shockingly poor phone.
I wish I would've just stayed with my samsung galaxy s22. The s24 is slower, freezes up way more often, lags all the time, doesn't like to play videos or sound with the screen off, the battery life is much shorter, you can't change notification sounds for each app or event. I could probably think of several more if I needed to buy those few alone are enough to make me regret this purchase. I have been s samsung phone fan for like 20 years but this one might make me turn away. I know it's only one out of so many that I've gotten but the price makes it really hurt.
Don't buy this very very bad phone! No international warranty. I'll never buy samsung from high segment again.
I bought this about 9months ago, the device is very exceptional and the service amazing from website
I recommended this product.
Too much glitches, why samsung why? Vowifi without wifi , unstable 5g comapred to other fones.
I recommended this product.
the device is great and strong , the battery ca serve long and the quick charging is amazing
I recommended this product.
There are many functions in the phone which are great and many which are unacceptable for new phone on the market. Firstly, my S pen was faulty and the nib came off for no reason. No spare nibs come in the box and they are expensive and hard to buy. Secondly, battery life is much shorter than any previous phone i have owned. It is very heavy for a phone of this modern age (regardless of new features). Some functions in the phone are just not smooth and can go to top of some messages while typing to read what was written previously. Camera is obviously amazing.
Great device, worth the buy, long lasting battery, exceptional camera
I recommended this product.
The Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra is a premium smartphone that checks all the boxes. Its stunning 6.8-inch AMOLED display is not only bright and vibrant but also features an anti-reflective coating, making it perfect for outdoor use. The screen is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus 3, which is highly resistant to scratches and everyday wear, ensuring it stays flawless over time. Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, the performance is seamless, and the 200MP camera takes jaw-dropping photos in any light. Add in excellent battery life, fast charging, and the versatile S Pen, and you’ve got a device that’s worth the price tag. If you're looking for a phone that’s tough, stylish, and packed with features, the S24 Ultra is a no-brainer.

Great Device, state of art system and AI features!

Samsung Galaxy S24 WORST PHONE EVER! DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE!! I will not ever buy a Samsung phone again! I always had LG phones - and had NO PROBLEMS! I only had this phone because my boss uses Verizon, and I had no choice - (by the way, my personal phone is an LG (BEST PHONES EVER!), and I have NO PROBLEMS with it)! My work phone is a Samsung Galaxy S24 which is through my job. I was deleting a single message which was a picture of my Boss's credit card that had come in the mail for him (I am the office manager), the phrase delete this conversation came up and it deleted all of the text messages from my boss with very important information that I am greatly in need of for my job - with no way to retrieve them because Samsung has now eliminated Samsung messages and there was not any back up! Also, the screen keeps jumping when you try to add additional text to a text message. Not to mention many other quirks it has (the list is too long!). When you try to add pictures of job sites to a text message, I can only do it one at a time! Very very disappointed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PHONE! ( not to mention -even the spell-check on this site- when a word is misspelled - it says "no suggestions"! That should give you a clue about this company!
Worst phone I ever owned. I've sent back 4, I'm on my 5th, every single one got extremely hot and uses the battery up in 45 minutes. I have to turn this stupid thing off and let it cool down, at some point, every single day. It can't be a coincidence, because this is 5/5. I have never had a phone use a 100% of its battery life in under an hour. Verizon doesn't care. Samsung doesn't care. I'm done with both. I will never, and I mean, never buy another Samsung phone ever in my life. You don't stand by your product. You don't care that it's a piece of crap
Its a honest review after hands on worst phone dont waste your money and if Samsung doesn't fix these issue i will take a legal action as well... 1. Worst camera quality both front and back 2. The image quality is so worst after processing images looks like a oil painted with a strange kind of effect human subject getting black and background looks fully oil painted . 3. The zoom quality is worst ever. 4. Camera Focus issue 5.Battery drain issue 6. Network issue wifi not working properly so slow 7. The speaker quality so poor even 10k range phone will give louder sound 8. The portrait some time fails to make fully blur not able to focus on 5x. Over all rating 0 star worst phone only waste of money don't buy Samsung need to fix these issues
I bought the S24 Ultra 2 days ago. This is one of Samsungs worst phones besides the Note 7 when they were overheating and starting fires. Shortly after that they recalled all those phones and we had to return them. The S24 Ultra has NO COLOR to the videos, photos and overall system. They all look like a washed out faded, low tone color. Even when you use the vivid color mode it does absolutely nothing! May as well be a phone that only has black and white pictures and screen capabilities. This phone is over $1400 Samsung fix this!!
I upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra on April 1. I was using the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra before that. Upgrading to the S24 Ultra is one of the best decisions I've made on a phone. I love all of the new features of the phone! The screen transitions are way smoother than on the S22 Ultra. I love the flatter screen. Don't get me wrong, I did like the curved screen on the S22 Ultra, but in my opinion, the flatter screen is way better. If you're a Samsung user and are undecided about upgrading to the S24 Ultra, don't delay.
I recommended this product.
I've been using the S24 for approx 3 months. I'll be brief. Overall it's a good phone with good cameras and ease of use. HOWEVER, its GPS does not work and 90% of the time will leave you stranded. I've tried using map apps other than Google maps but the result is the same. Its ability to connect strongly to a mobile network is also weak. I thought it might be a fault with my phone, but when I searched for reviews and YouTube tips I found that so many others have had similar complaints and problems. Samsung seem blind to the problem and have failed utterly to correct it. Unfortunately now I have to but another new phone and discard this piece of junk. I simply cannot manage without a good mapping function as I both drive and travel a lot. Shame on you Samsung.
I've had this phone since August 2022 and have had nothing but issues with it. It drops calls, over heats, loses battery very quickly, has a hard time connecting and staying connected to wifi and data. The only thing I can say I like about this phone would be the pictures it takes. They are clear and crisp. I have always had Samsung phones, but this one has me looking at other options.
So, I don't know who designed the texting for this thing, but it sucks. I don't think that whoever designed/coded/whatever has any grasp of the English language at all. The voice to text is really bad. On my previous phones (none of them galaxy), I rarely had an issue. With this one, I have to go back and re-do the text manually about 70% of the time. It puts in punctuation where there isn't supposed to be any. Capitalizes words that are not supposed to be, and occasionally replaces a word with what looks like a made up word. And when using voice to text, if I say a punctuation, it spells it out when all my previous phones would insert the actual punctuation. I do a lot of driving for work, and do a lot of texting with customers, so using voice to text is necessary for safe driving.
Higuys,I great enthusiastic bought samsung high-end devices almost I used samsung s22 ultra, samsung s23 ultra, now using Sam s24 ultra I greatly founded one thing Sam 23 ultra have dynamic amoled so In menu bar apps colour are more contrast that differentiate every colour Sam s24 ultra using LTPO display where colour contrast and sharp colour difference is missing They use for better battery consumption with same 5000mah battery and provide high 2600 nits brightness Real thing changing the curve display to full screen good but LTPO completely disappoints with colour contrast and colour differentiation so simply high nits not make crispy punching colours it useful for outside daylight while watching movies, games and camera purpose display colour difference main thing completely lag there
I recommended this product.
Traded in a Note 20 Ultra and the S24 Ultra is worse. A lot less comfortable to hold, heavier, no sd card slot, smaller display. Also Samsung tried to charge me an extra £75 for my trade in because they claimed the screen had screen burn - this was no fault of my own, rather a fault of Samsung displays. The cameras and battery are good, hence the 2 star and not 1 star rating. Compared to the competition, still slow charging and slow wireless charging, no charger or case in the box.
The phone itsswlf is amazing. I love the ease of access and usability. However with the new UI 7 update you all just added steps that aren't needed making accessibility trash. You now have to swipe down in 2 different places to access the same screen. Thats dumb. Complete waste of time. Yall changed the icons on the home screen when i liked them the way hey were. There should always be a way to remove the things you dont want. I guess this will be the last tine i use samsung. If yall are gonna change the whole way our phones look you should tell us. Now i wont be buying any samsung phones or products. You all have done this to many times making something we spent over $1000 on almost unusable just to line your pockets. Might as well just buy a house phone and computer. Think about your customers for once.
I love the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. It has the bestest zooming, non reflective screen, runs smoothly, good camera quality for taking pics and vids, good storage, cool pen feature, cool ai systems. This model is the bestest but I wish that in the future, if Samsung is gonna make a S Series new one and onwards, they add more zooming and in the full zoom the quality be good and clear and for more storage since it doesn't have any SD Card slot. But overall S24 Ultra is the bestest

Extremely buggy. Crashes on a daily occurrence. Had to replace an S10+. Which sadly was faster and only bugged out 3 times in 5yrs.
I bought 2 S24 Ultras through Google Fi for the great camera as we had in the S21 previously. Every single picture we take is out of focus, faces are blurry, color is off, and there is a haze over the photo in soft light. It looks like a flip phone quality picture. Otherwise the phone works well for us but this is unacceptable so they are getting sent back. So disappointed and honestly not sure what other brand to try as we have long trusted Samsung on photo quality.
I bought s24 ultra right before Christmas. 6 months .later The phone turned itself off, and I was never able to turn it on. Contacted Samsung, they made me to bring to a service shop. Luckily I had my old One Plus phone, which I never had a problem. I upgraded to Samsung because has better camera. But pretty much that's it. My work based on my phone basically, and I did not expect that a 1200 dollar phone takes a crap after 6 months. Unreliable product.
Whenever an electrical item says that it is 'waterproof' I'm a little sceptical. However, today whilst walking my dog through the countryside in torrential rain I lost my footing and fell into a river over my head. The s24 was under water for approximately 15 minutes until I managed to climb out. Got home, dried the phone off as directed online and everything worked perfectly. 24 hours later, connected phone to charger, also perfect. Well done Samsung
The spam filter is horrible. Only had my phone a few months and it's already telling me my spam filter is full. I go to delete them and it only removes it, allowing them to email me again. I've never had this happen on any other phone. I've always had Samsung phones. This is the next phone in line for my upgrade. What's the use for your spam filter if I have to go in and unsubscribe to everything that I never subscribed to.
It does not fast charge. It has glitches where it does not come on directly when it is turned off. Sometimes there is a black screen and you have to wait three to five minutes for it to turn on. The AI is not optional because it is pretty much useless. Google search is good eneough. The product is horrible. My Galaxy S21 was much better but I dropped it and had no choice but to upgrade with service provider.
I hate this Samsung S24!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everytime the phone updates I have reload my printer. Things are not easy to find on this phone and Google directions are too lengthy. This is by far the worst phone I have ever had the misfortune to own!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not water your money one this phobe....even if it's under one of those "trade in your old phone and get the S24 " Keep your old phone!!
My Galaxy 24+ arrived in early February, and I was initially pretty happy. About a month or so ago, the device repeatedly changed some settings (sound to vibrate only & brightness, ETC.). When it happens, I reset the changed settings, but my choices don't last very long. It definitely has a mind of its own. I've owned Samsung cells for 2013, and I was always happy with the cells. Not this time.
I bought this phone for my birthday in November and I'm highly upset with the camera. The s21 was so much better. Selfies are horrible. They look cartooinsh and AI made. It's sad I have to screenshot my my own photos from video mode to get a good photo from the 2 seconds. Enhance and features are separated. You have to download an app and sometimes the photos come out worse.
Camera not getting better. Video editing is incredible stupid as the ability to speed up or slow down arent the same for each video. Some videos cannot be sped up using samsungs own editing program. AI feature is a joke, doesent even help a bit compared to chatgpt. Reels videos are lagging like we are in the 70's, and have been since day one. Not one utdate to fix this.
I live and breathe Samsung. This phone was the pinnacle of my new year. Love the colour, love the feel, love the vivid display and love the amount of memory. Downsides.... Camera is grainy even at 200mp and it has frozen several times and I have to force reset my phone as nothing responds. Unsure as to why. But all in all... A brilliant peice of technology.
I recommended this product.
I bought S24 Ultra around around a week back. But heating problem is there. I connected the phone with my XUV 700 and used map from Bangalore to Munnar, it was heated and the map closed. I had to switch off the phone for half an hour then the map started. I do not believe the paying such a high price, anyone has to face such problem. Rest all is fine...
Samsung S24 Ultra was great until a few days ago when Samsung dropped the new AI user interface on to it. What a piece of crap, a user interface that nobody asked for to destroy a perfectly good user interaction. This is now my last Samsung and I buy a high end Samsung phone every year. The S25 looks cheap and nasty too so I won't be buying that.
I bought 4 Samsung S24+ phones in August for my family. From day one we've had echo problems (i.e., you hear yourself repeated) at the beginning of phone calls - especially when we call each other. After about 30 seconds the echoing stops. We took them back to Verizon, who installed a new sim card in each. That has not resolved the issue.
I got my s24 ultra the day it was released, and it's been a great phone till after Christmas the mic stopped working when recording videos. Works with call or 3rd party apps for recording. Figured it was a software bug but I've had updates since then and still haven't fixed itself. My carrier said I would have to trade it in or replace.
I'm pretty upset that I can't enjoy my moded games anymore even after I allow installing from unknown sources aka chrome. And yes the game I'm trying to 64 bit and it will let me install the non moded version but the modded version says (app isn't compatible with this version of android) for ballons td 6 and Choices stories you choose mods for far and i dont know why this hasnt ben solved and way is no one else complaining about this, why it only allows me to download the non modded versions of the game so yes that is very upsetting, I've tried and wasted alot of time searching the web for answers and trying a bunch of settings and developer options and trying to install older version emulator android and nothing is working it is very upsetting I won't be able to play my modded games that I love again. The phone has a good camera, fps and high video quality but other then that I'm really upset I can't download modded versions of my games anymore 😡🤬
Disappointed in the products build. Falls and breakes after only a week of having it. Camera doesn't work anymore and I'm using my old phone again. I fell back in love with my simple samsung galaxy s21 fan edition. Going to get the fan edition when the 25 comes out later this yet. Probably withstand better than the ultra phones
Fully charged last about 5 hours then from approx 56% will drop straight down to 1% and charge time 11hrs, Runs very slow even the One Plus 12 pro runs faster when running apps. Crashes all the time constantly, even making calls the calls drop. Worse phone ever owned from Samsung, must be time to switch to another phone!
Pretty disappointing phone. Battery goes down very fast Volume buttons do nothing and then shoot up to blast volume, very hard to control Takes repeated pushing of buttons to take screen shots, if it works at all. Keypad is just small enough to make ALot of wrong letter taps. Camera is nothing great Besides that its ok🫥
I have had this for about 6 months now, and it's good. I specifically didn't buy the S25 Ultra due to the lack to bluetooth s-pen. I upgraded to this from a S23 Ultra because the battery didn't seem to be holding a charge as long. It works well, like most Samsung phones. The display is great, and the camera is good. I have yet to test the ultra zoom, but am hoping it's at least as good as the S23 Ultra. The battery doesn't hold a charge as long as I thought it would, but overall solid. It gets a feature ding for not having an expandable SD card slot, but sadly I'm pretty sure those are gone for good. It might be the last Samsung phone I buy though due to the s-pen's lack of bluetooth capability in the subsequent Ultra series. It's a key feature that Samsung should bring back for a phone of this price point. Please stop taking away valuable features and keeping the price the same or higher. People are still astounded every time I take a picture with the stylus.
I liked the s24 when I bought it. It isn't the phones's problem. I HATE, ABSOLUTELY HATE ALL THE TOTALLY UNNECESSARY UPDATES THAT ARE JUST TINKERING WITH THINGS THAT DIDN'T NEED FIXED. We should be able to opt out of your REDECORATING, just changing stuff because you have a DEPARTMENT OF TINKERING WITH STUFF.
I have the galaxy s24 plus. I have 28 years in the industry and have tested and purchased many phones over the years. I absolutely despise this device. I prefer to carry my phone in my pocket. This device has decided to call and text my contacts and it called 911 5 times and hung up all while in my pocket. The message predictive text suggests words I do not know making it obsolete. I have to type messages one letter at a time to make the message readable and it still wants to change the words to some unknown word. The messaging is painfully slow compared to other devices. They also continue to download apps to the device such as games that i did not request. I contacted samsung and they requested mail the phone into them meaning i will be without a phone for a month. I could go on but these are my main complaints. Let me tell you it's no fun to have to hand carry a device or explain to law enforcement why I keep calling 911 and hanging up. I will NOT recommend this phone
I have the S24 Ultra. I haven't had this phone very long and am brand new to the S Series. I usually get the cheaper A series. This is an amazing phone. It does so much more than I ever imagined I could, it comes with a S pen, but the main reason I bought it was for the camera and it was well worth the price.
The new 7.0 is aweful. I hate the bubble look of everything on my phone now. I also hate the dropdowns. I want to see my notifications and I keep getting my utilities. If I was checking this out at the store I would not buy it. The S24+ has been a good phone up to this point, the new update sucks.
Bought samsung s24 and I was very disappointment. the displae is pale and intense of display color is not good. I don't think itis worthy to purchase. Better to stick to old model s23 . Price is so expensive for a poor display in s24, lots of regret that i bought and I don't recommanded to any.
Nice phone, but why woukd you not include a SD card. I have wasted my money and now I can't have my photos with me. My old S20 had it but it started failing aftee a year of ownership and now the new Samsung S24 doesn't have a SD Card. What a disappointment. This is my last Samsung purchase.
The phone is great, the display is very clear, using the AI to manipulate photo or translating is very helpful. Also it has a helpful feature wher you select an area on the phone display such as photo etc. And then it will search for the selected photo for something similar on the Internet.
The camera is great, I like the fact that after you take a picture the phone adjust the picture for better clarity. Also it seems fast. I like the AI tool of translation however the languages are limited. I gave it 4 stars because it doesn't have option to translate Arabic.
All apps are not compatible with the phone. Before was better.
Samsung s24 battery drains much faster. Doesn't last long. The whatsapp response is slow. It hangs at times. Although it has some great features but it seems unreliable coz of battery drain. I don't know how to fix it. I hv ultra s23 which has great battery life.
galaxy s24 plus is garbage with Exynos inside instead of a quality snapdragon . phone is overheating like mad , phone freezes and apps crash no matter what . im working with phones and this is the worst phone of 2024 i used . dont buy!! i want my money back !!!
I bought these phone 20 days ago ....but i am not satisfied with video quality...samsung s23 ultra is better than s24 ultra for video.....in night photography alzo poor .....all images click high noise observe....plz make it better by giving update fix these bug
I dropped my phone in the pool last night. I couldn't find it cause the water was cloudy. Three hours later, when it got dark teresa called it it lit up.She got it out. There's nothing wrong with it. Samsung galaxy S24 ultra plus. I highly recommend this phone.

I prefer the fingerprint unlock being on the back of the device, like it was on the S9. When it was on the back, it worked faster/everytime. This one is delayed or doesn't always work the 1st time (maybe due to the screen protector).
I love samsungs, have for my whole life. And so far beautiful and great like always. I just have one issue, why the heck do I not have a SD card placement? Like what do I want a double Sim tray? Other than that love you samsung<3

I purchased the SAMSUNG S24 two months ago, and overall, the features are excellent. However, the camera becomes noticeably darker when switched to 50MP mode. It would be great if an update could address this issue
I recently got the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, and it has truly exceeded all my expectations. From its sleek design to its powerhouse performance, this phone is perfect for my needs. I am so happy for getting it.

I had to replace my S9 for this phone and I LOVED my S9. This S24 is a good phone but this latest software update completely messed up my settings and the way I liked the way my phone operated. I'm not happy.
This is my first time using Samsung Galaxy phone. I bought Galaxy s24. It's overrated phone. Bad battery. I don't recommend this phone. This is my last time using Samsung Galaxy phone. I'm very disappointed.
Yes I come back again I cannot find my previous review This is one of the main issue it does sometimes it buzzing when recording video, is not acceptable for 1800 euros phone very very disappointed!!
Very very disappointed with this phone, within 6 months display has been lost, repaired in samsung galaxy , but again not fully worked, not worth for money, I wasted my money to purchase this phone.
I bought s24 ultra 8 months ago, actually I am busy with charging all the time because the battery is too bad, I won't advise anyone to buy this type , its like a nightmare to me, I paid alot....
Hello Gulala, We extremely apologize for the inconvenience that you are facing. Please if you need any support you can contact our support.
The screen quality of S24 is quite low. I had a Galaxy S9 before getting S24 and I'm disappointed to see that the screen resolution of S9 is much better and the colors of S9 are much more vibrant.

I have got the s25 ultra, its absolutely amazing, honestly I was considering the 17pro max, pixel 10 pro xl, and the s25 ultra for over 3 months, and did lots of comparisons, all were good products, but by far the s25 ultra blows everything out of the water, its the king of all phones. Looks amazing, super snappy and powerful with the smpdragon 8 elite Gen 4, the best camera in smartphones, absolutely polished samsung one ui, honestly I am amazed for days, superb AI …functionality, I have been gaming all day it barely gets warm, superb display and battery performance is better because of the more efficient cpu, honestly glad I made the right decision and would do it again.smartphones, absolutely polished samsung one ui, honestly I am amazed for days, superb AI … functionality, I have been gaming all day it barely gets warm, superb display and battery performance is better because of the more efficient cpu, honestly glad I made the right decision and would do it again.
