If you don’t have an account, you’ll need to create one to continue.

  • Select My Products
  • If your phone is not listed, choose Register Product
  • Add your device using the serial number or automatic detection

This step is mandatory. No device = no service booking.

  • Choose your registered mobile phone
  • Click Get Support
  • Follow the on-screen troubleshooting steps
  • Select Book a Repair
  • Choose the issue with your phone
  • Pick a nearby Samsung authorized service center

Select a date and time that suits you

Once confirmed, you’ll receive:

  • A ticket number
  • A QR code for service center check-in
