Galaxy Z Care Pack Program

Sometimes life may bring an unexpected incident to your Galaxy Fold or Galaxy Z Flip. Fret not. You are entitled to a one-time screen replacement or repair within 1 year from the device purchase date.

Register your Galaxy Z for Samsung Galaxy Z Care Pack Program within 30 days from purchase to avail the One-time screen replacement or repair is applicable to the internal, foldable screen of the Galaxy Fold or Galaxy Z Flip only. Customer is liable to pay an excess fees for the screen replacement or repair for the Galaxy Z.

For the usual price payable for screen replacement or repair not covered under the Galaxy Z Premier Service, please refer to here for more information. Protection coverage may vary by country. Other terms and conditions apply.

  • How to register?

    You must register the Device in order to avail the Program by calling the toll free number of Samsung Customer Service Center and activate Galaxy Z Care Pack within 30 days from the date of purchase of the Device. Knowing that the call center agent will ask to provide personal data and insert the serial number / IMEI number of the Device and place and date of purchase.

  • Samsung Galaxy Z Care Pack Program takes care of accidental Inner screen damage and the standard warranty. All Repairs are carried out using genuine parts by our certified technician.

    Screen Damage: The Inner screen Broken, affecting the functionality or the safety of your device.

    * This Program covers the inner screen only but not the external screen. (External Screen not Included in this program).

  • When you have damaged as mentioned above and you want to use the Samsung Galaxy Z Care Pack Program, below excess or additional fee will apply:
